The store intentionally removes bad reviews instead of take responsibility especially recently. The rep at the store was mad because I reported the fact that she did not know what she was doing and she was unprofessional and lazy in the last couple months. Other customers posted bad reviews yet they hid it.

My wife upgraded her phone, Charles was absolutely fantastic in every possible way, and the experience was amazing, which is never what you expect to hear about an ATT store.

Very satisfied with the personal and service they gave me and my family as tourists. They gave us the best option for using a simcard in California when we only had SIM cards from Sweden. He programmed an E-Sim instead and I could switch between the cards on my iPhone. Good price too. He didn’t even try to sell anything expensive instead he gave us the price that was enough for the period we were going to stay in the US.

I had an exceptional experience with Aleksey G's customer service! Despite the complexity of my 5-line plan, he navigated it with ease, making sure I understood every detail. His patience and expertise were truly impressive. I believe any negative reviews about this place are unfounded. Aleksey's assistance deserves a solid 5 stars!

His name was Alexis. He was the best. He figured out and solved my problem in less than five minutes when the phone representative could not.

Ramon the parking attendant here is very rude, haughty and vulgar. He wanted my car key even though there were plenty of parking spaces and I was going to be dropping off something at Fedex for less than 2 minutes. I would avoid this lot, I worry the valuables from your car might disappear thanks to Ramon.

05/18/2023 AD. This is the worst Store and the Worst customer service . Total disrespect for the customer and no knowledge of Product and the manger protecting the Lack of knowledge of the product and she also. getting paid to do nothing. Holly C. and not from San Francisco. From Burbank. The service was so bad it made me not every want to by any wireless product or internet service it is a joke that the store is even operating. with that type of service and loosing money. Especially with Kevin ATT&T Rep and Manager .

One star would be too much for such lousy service they provide. They sell you their family members, but the minute something goes wrong no one knows anything and refer you to the call service they farmed out to Asia. No customer service whatsoever. Not sure any other carrier is any different?

I bought a new phone at the AT&T store When we tried to set it up at home it was a mess. I called the store for some help and the person was not at all helpful. He said it was too hard to explain what we needed to do to get the phone fixed. I asked if there was anyone else we could speak to and he hung up on me.I called back and he must have recognized my voice and would not answer. I kept saying hello, and I could hear people speaking in the background, but he refused to say anything.I went back to the store and Shawn was very helpful. He showed us how to get the phone to work and spent a good amount of time with me fixing what I think was an error when they gave me the phone the day before.The only other person working in the store was Julio. I asked him if he was the one who hung up on me. He pretended not to know what I was talking about and denied even answering the phone. This is very bad customer serviceThen today when I looked at the Customer Service Summary, I see that I was signed up for Protect Advantage, Tier 1 for $17.00/month and AT&T Next Up for $6.0/month, as well as there was a $35.00 activation fee. I did not ask for insurance or the Next Up Plan. I was not told about the $35.00 activation fee or that I was going to be signed up for insurance or the Next Up plan. This is quite a sneaky business practice.I had to call AT&T again to have them remove the insurance plan and I have to wait 2 weeks to remove the Next Up plan, so I'm going to have to call AT&T AGAIN to get rid of that.I am pretty unhappy with the service I have received.

do not, under any circumstances, go into this store! they don't tell you, it's not a company store, and all they kmow how do is sell.go to la brea & santa monica. they are a company store. they can help you and do everything!

I waited a bit over 20 minutes which i wasn’t happy about. You need more than 3 people helping. Once I’ve been helped it was fine.
