?BEWARE OF SALES REP JESUS!!We went in to start service-however we decided not to go through this franchise store after all, BAD VIBES!!Our instincts were right, when we left the store to go to a corporate AT&T store we found out that Jesus added a Motorola phone to our account along with a home protection plan at $25 a month without authorizing anything through us!!He did it behind our back and now I have to wait 90 days to get that phone off my account otherwise it will ruin the promotion that we were going for.UPDATE! After speaking to corporate, they credited us 90 days worth so we wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. Let’s see if they stick to it!UPDATE!The ATT rep via 611, gave me the WRONG INFO!! WHEN IN DOUBT-CHECK IT OUT! Long story short-today was my 14th day of buyer remorse and I was able to get that account and unauthorized phone off my account!! I did receive the credit as well, so THANK YOU ATT❤️WE ADVISE TO WORK WITH Corporate stores in the future!!KEEP YOU POSTED!!

I moved out and move in to a new apartment, the staff here told me my older account would be automatically cancelled and the billing was charged for the previous month, he said nothing I need to do on my side, but I was charged for two billing cycle for older account, and online agent told it won’t be cancelled until I chat with agent, agent on phone told me billing is charged for the next month. So confused

I was porting a number from T-Mobile to ATT as an add on to my account and there was some issues. Thanks to Michael, he was able to take my trade in, still give me my trade in promotional credit and activate my new phone.Solid customer service and it’s great to know that this location is nearby and here to help. I’d definitely come back again to buy accessories or deal with any of my att phone related issues.

I was returning home internet equipment from my canceled account, I was moving, and the eep advised me all equipment returns are processed thru UPS or Fed Ex as they are contracted to receive the equipment and return it back to AT&T, no addtl costs and they will also box it up for you no charge. Although disappointed I had to go elsewhere, the rep was extremely helpful at the Wilshire Blvd AT&T store in the Home Depot shopping lot, he was very reassuring and he even pulled my AT&T account # so I would have when I went to UPS on Vermont and Wilshire. Great service! Ty.

They didn’t even ask what phone I would buy and immediately said I had to pay 400 dollars, how can I understand this, for two phones and for three numbers they asked me for 1200 dollars
