My in store experience was not a good one at all. $20 more was added to my payment and all the girl could tell me was tax was added, when I asked why, she said you have to call AT&T to find that out. She didn’t even attempt to help by calling someone else or even given me a number that will help me. When I told her I’ll take my service else where, she didn’t seem interested either. Anyhow I paid my $258 as I usually do every month and not $277 she’s saying I now have to pay and left. I have never heard of tax added to my phone bill, I was never told this in the beginning when I bought my phone. Why would they add $20 more to my bill without explaining why. That I don’t understand

mf told me i would be getting a student discount after changing from a prepaid to a postpaid account. My bill went up from $65 to $130 because that mf couldn't do it right smh
