Alan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, knowing there are software variations it is so helpful , to have a veteran nerd backing you up, not to mention his Supervisor who keeps everything real and friendly, very knowledgeable also. Check this store out for all your geek needs , serious.

This store and in particular, Israel and Alan, saved me. I had switched my biz phones from Verizon with a door to door ATT sales rep who largely ghosted me for a month. Out of nowhere, the phones switched providers in the middle of a business day and stopped working. Israel sat with me for hours to fix the issues my sales rep caused. Great customer service.

Alan & Israel were very helpful and patient helping me get set up with a new phone and making sure that transferring data from my old broken phone worked properly.

Alan is a fantastic employee but the rest of the management and the employees need attitude adjustments and sensitivity training too! Please keep the store open during business hours instead of putting an “out to lunch” sign up for 50% of the day! AT&T employees at this location blame our community (their customers!) for not having new phones available here and not having products to test. They said it’s because we have crime and I said has there been any crime inside of the store and they NO but.. get over yourself! The average income here is over $100,000 per person so you can’t blame your customers because you are paranoid as sales people! Lame!

The store is very cozy, clean and well organized. All products are well display. Rogelio, SR, was very knowledgeable of my requests and friendly and very professional! I was very satisfied when I left the store !!

Ben helped me purchase my first iPhone! I’ve had a Samsung my whole life and did not know much about the iPhones. He answered all my questions and helped me find the best phone deal for me. It was a very personalized experience, and he was enjoyable to speak with. Would definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for genuine service!

Messed up my service plan and wouldn't take responsibility. Manager was terribly rude and refused to help me cancel the plan they mess up on, even though they were the one who cancel my previous plan and started the messed up ones. They would do anything for money and throw problems back at the customer or the Corp.Disgusting
