All of a sudden I stopped getting emails on my phone. I went to the burbank store and waited a half hour without anybody even to sign me in, nor the other 6 people waiting. At 11 am there were only 2 employees helping the same 2 people until 1130 when I gave up and left. I drove to the north Hollywood store that I guess doesn’t exist anymore, because I couldn’t find it, although google said it was there. Then I went to the Los Feliz store and the sign in person tried to tell me that they couldn’t fix my problem. But thankfully Terrence came to the rescue. He spent 45 min. with me and fixed the problem. He is fantastic. I was ready to give up on AT&T, but thanks to him I will remain a loyal customer.
I do live in burbank though and wonder what happened to the service I used to get there and in glendale! They used to even open the door for me when I left. Other than Terrence these other people were useless.

Andres is a STAR. He is a brilliant and helpful employee who fixed every issue and helped a ton. No wait. The manager Terrence was great too. By far the best and fastest customer service I’ve ever received at an AT&T store. Amazing job team.

Terrance was great, greeted upon entering the store, asked if he could help. I explained to him my issues with my phone and he immediately said he could help. In less that 15 minutes, my phone was working, no loss of any data and working as it should. If you need help with your device get to the ATT store on Los Feliz ASAP. Thanks again Terrance.

Theresa was fantastic at the Los Feliz Blvd/Atwater Village location. I was dreading getting a new phone, I waited forever. It usually takes forever but Theresa made it very easy. Very quick, knowledgable and friendly!

I am very angry because my problem was not solved,,, they work very badly,,, they did not help me even though they promised to help, I will complain because they deceived me by providing wrong information and that is why I am paying more
Be careful because they give us wrong information after that you can pay more than need

We just had the worst experience at this store with ABEL. The store didn’t have the color iPhone my friend wanted in stock so we decided to go to another AT&T store that had it. No hard feelings…or so we thought.
At the next AT&T store, the employee was great but having trouble verifying the account despite my friend answering all the survey questions correctly and having her ID. The employee couldn’t figure out why the order wouldn’t go through after over 30 minutes of troubleshooting.
Finally, we called AT&T customer service to no avail. He looked into her account records and discovered the issue. ABEL had marked my friend’s account as high risk for fraud. This apparently is not an easy thing to do and takes 4 different steps to submit. He most likely did this because he wasn’t able to get a sale from my friend.
But I think it’s because we asked if he could pay to ship the phone my friend wanted to Alaska since we leave tomorrow for a month. He said they couldn’t ship it out of the country…I told him Alaska was a state and he proceeded to argue with me that it wasn’t. He believed it to be a country. His ego was bruised by this and he wanted to get us back.
When I called ABEL, he tried to gaslight us saying he did not report us despite us having photo proof of the account’s log.
Super unprofessional and spiteful. Horrible experience spending 2 hours in 2 different AT&T stores and leaving with no new phone. We have no clue how long it’ll take for the risk to clear.

DO NOT go to this location. My partner and I both went there to upgrade our phones, which should be a simple and clear thing. I can't even begin to explain how lousy the communication was with the store employees there. Everything is mumbled off to you from a tablet they hold, they dont print anything out in terms of bills or rates or device prices, so you have nothing to protect yourself when the bill comes. Not only did everything they say to us turn out to be totally wrong, it was so messed up by the time we left that it took us two days to straighten out our accounts via AT&T 1-800 number. Two days. They took a regular account and somehow put the wrong address, made it a business account somehow, and also messed up the trade in value for the old phone and gave us half the amount after the fact that they promised us that day. What a disaster do not go ! the one in Burbank is professional and easy to communicate with this place should get the overall from AT&T corporate and get these people some training and personal communication skills.
