Second time in here to get a SIM card installed. Very fast and easy. Oliver was having difficulties with the tablet malfunctioning but let me know it would take a while, which allowed me to communicate to my employer I'd be running late. Communication is key.

This morning 8/14 I Called to inquire about adding an additional line. The rep said she was taking calls in the back for new customers. She was really rude and hung up on me when I was differentiating prices. I really hate ATT in general. Very deceiving. Her customer service is reflective of my experience with them. I should’ve stayed with TMobile.
