Went in for a bill question, came out with a new phone line for my daughter . Amazing customer service . New manager was very polite and explain down my bill like no one else has. Him and his employee both took the time to make sure I was happy and pleased. Will be coming back again!

Booked an Appt. When I got there the store was closed. Called AT&T HQ - they said the store should be open. Was able to go to another location but this ended up wasting an hour of time in the end.

Can’t say enough about Carol and Rico. I came in with a unique case that took some time to resolve. First Carol walked me through what needed to be done in great detail and was very helpful. While doing these things other customers were being helped and I finished up my process with Rico who was also very thorough in explaining the changes that had been made and additional options. I was extremely pleased with their patience and professionalism. Thanks again

Went to store at 1:30 PM today when it’s meant to be open till 7 pm. Door locked. Zero signage. Phone disconnects when tried to call. Very disappointed
