Bad experience. The guy there is so freaking slow and it's socks that they only have one person to provide serve. He didn't even care that I told him I was in a hurry, he was even on his phone. Definitely pretty bad customer service.

I had a great experience with this store until today (02/28/24 between 12 pm-2 pm PST). Lori (who claims she is the supervisor) ruined our experience.Our internet was not functioning correctly, and we called initially to troubleshoot the issue. We were told that the account needed to be updated (since it was under my father-in-law's name, who is now deceased). We were instructed to go into THIS specific location with a death certificate to update it. Upon arriving, we were asked to call customer service. However, it was advised by the same department to go in person to THIS location. Their reason was that they could not fulfill this request.Now, it is understandable if this was also a misunderstanding of store policies and such, but the following response is why we were upset. We asked where is the nearest corporate location. Lori replied, “Google it.”If you’re an employee, let alone a supervisor, that is not helpful. Telling a customer to find your corporate office for your company is insulting. I would expect a higher standard level of service from a so-called supervisor.

After a long hard fight against Verizon, i found this store while shopping in the mall. I walked in just to see if AT&T had any good deals. First person i talked to Rico was super helpful. He explained the plans, the promos, the perks, and even my home entertainment options that were available. And after working with Rico for about 30 min and him curating me to the right plan, the manager York stepped in to check in on my experience at the store.I have never stepped into a store and felt more at home than ever before. This team is amazing, warm, helpful, and understanding. And after a week of having my new AT&T service they even called in and checked in on me to make sure everything is working great. 100% recommend this store and this team.

Dont bother coming here if you value your time. 45 minutes and the store is still closed. Apparently they can only afford to pay 1 person to work here and they’ve left it closer for lunch. In a busy mall too?

Best AT&T experience I've ever had by a long shot! I went in yesterday and everyone was very knowledgeable, kind, and solution-oriented. Rico was excellent and so was the other gentleman, but I forgot to catch his name. They made what could have been a nightmare into a very smooth process where I left happy and spent significantly less money than I thought I may have to.

Just go to another store. Not worth it here. I went in for a free trade in phone and I never realized that she just charged me a whole new phone. Ended up over paying for a whole year ! My fault for not checking but why do that from the beginning? Why make me believe I got a good deal when they never really helped me instead screwed me. Charged me insurance for 4 phones when I only have 2 lines? I didn't even want insurance, over paying for all the bells and whistles $150 over my now phone bill I had to call and figure out why it was coming out so high and I was so disappointed and angry that I got told all this over the phone when someone there did this on purpose. Not like I can get all that money back.
