These guys came by, couldn't do the job, left damage and wanted money for a job they couldn't even start on. They tried to pry out the door. Who owes who money?They tried to pry out the window and bent my window frame in multiple places. It's not the just the aesthetics, and there are seals in between that have gaps now. See attached pictures.Suggest you guys look elsewhere.

I have used Atwater twice on re screening some rentals. They are very reasonable and they do a great job. Will continue to use them.

I have a 40 year old heavy (wood/double pane glass) sliding patio door that is becoming increasingly difficult to open/close. Called them for advice. We made an appointment, he was here on time and gave me some very helpful info. Door needs new rollers but is so old that no one stocks them anymore. So now I'm looking for someone who can do the legwork of finding some old rollers that will fit. Not only was their visit gratis, but he wouldn't take any $$ at all when I offered. Wonderful local business and hoping in the future I will have some business for them.

This place gave me fitted screens for several of my large and non-standard open-out windows and they are perfect and do the job well! They also had replacement parts if needed and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Called and left a message over the weekend. They called back on Tues & came out and repaired it within an hour of the callback. Super efficient, decent prices, cleaned up everything nicely. Will definitely recommend for window repairs.

Love these guys! They scheduled an appointment with me right away, arrived on time, gave me a great estimate (actually came in about $1k less than another company!) and were able to repair all 7 cracked window panes on the spot. They were professional, kind, and provided quality work. Will absolutely be using them again in the future!
