Went in for a simple return (with receipt and unopened items) and was treated like a junkie trying to pawn a stolen watch. Avoid this location the staff is terrible.

My visit was a great experience Jairo was very helpful and insightful with my transaction. I had purchased a part with a different location but they gave me the wrong part and he helped me not only get the right part but also inform me that it'd be better to get the other option as it would benefit my vehicle long term.

Just wanna give a huge shoutout to Jairo for helping me out when my car battery died and I had no idea what to do!! My car kept dying and I didn’t realize I needed a new battery. Jairo went above and beyond to help me change out my new battery and taking away my old one. Thank you to Mario for providing great service as well!! Please be sure to tip the staff here at Auto Zone!!!!! I know if I went to my dealership, they would’ve charged me wayyyy more.

My battery was low on my truck and George took the time to test it and charge it for me. George was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond. Great customer service. This place is awesome.

Stephanie and Miguel are awesome. Stephanie helped me to understand my situation and took her time explaining it to me, love it when girls know about cars. Miguel was so personable, helped me and showed me how to clean my battery terminals, I left feeling happy and accomplished.. Thank you ??

I’ve been to a lot of AutoZone, but this AutoZone, the manager was extremely helpful to me, and because I am disabled and cannot put the battery in myself and needed to return home as soon as possible. I appreciate it that he did it quickly so that I can finish my day.

Battery light came on. I went to the Lincoln Heights AutoZon to buy an alternator and my battery did not have enough charge. Car died a few blocks away. Walked the battery the back to the Autozone. Santiago left it charging 10 minutes after closing and walked it out for me. Great service.

George B. Was my Angel today!! My front light burned out. And I bought oackage if 2 bulbs from them years ago and stopped to see on a Monday even if they were not too busy to help again!? He said would love to and came straight out then got a tool and first try no. 2nd try yes!!! ??????????

Extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and professional staff here. If you have a question more than likely they can answer any that you may have. The parts I was looking for were in stock and the tools that I needed were in stock as well. The stores extremely organized and clean, plenty of parking outside.
