Went to get a new battery and ask for them to please install it and it was about 4 young kids (probably 18-23) and they were asking each other to do it and no one wanted to and one comes up and is like “sorry we only change batteries for 2016 cars and older. Not yours” unprofessional bunch of kids working there. As if I couldn’t see them literally being lazy and trying to brush off the task to someone else. Drove 5 min to a different Autozone and someone helped with no hesitation and installed the battery for me.

I was at Autozone today and some lady was harassing the staff. She was cussing at staff and demanding them to help her out when they were already helping others and short staffed. She then started to record the staff and others in the store. The staff tried to de escalate the situation but the lady kept at it. The manger Hugo was so professional

You guys need better customer service people on the phone. I called to make sure they had the battery for my car, The dude was mumbling with food in his mouth, I could barely understand what he was telling me. Anyways, ended going somewhere else.
