MICHEAL WAS THE BEST. I came in confused and his knowledge and confidence made me very calm and not longer afraid. He explain everything I needed to know and was patient with me in the process. Considering I could be balling my eyes out from all this. I am very grateful he was there.

Michael baeza is great manager he help me fix my car no questions asked! He has great customer service skills beyond greatness I think he deserves a raise because people like him are hard to find thank you Michael and thank you auto zone for having managers like Michael very unique.
