Insulting customer service. I came asking for a product the website said was available at this address. I consulted with the guy at the counter, and he said that it was available. He went looking for it and came back saying that that's something they don't even sell here; I asked him to see if he could call other stores for availability, and he said that I didn't want to do it and practically showed me the way out.

Cynthia. Was not knowledgeable
in her field. She was really disrespectful tapping her finger and rushing us. I called to get my part she stated they didn’t have it. Even tho I had called 1 hour before coming here. Poor customer service

I went to see if they could check my battery ? but they told me if I didn't have a phone number Link to the battery he couldn't do nothing

I was sold a used battery , they won’t take responsibility for it .. Worst district manager ever, I’m still having issues about a battery they never fix, they never replaced, and still won’t give me a refund, I’ve called corporate, they giving me the runaround, I’m very upset, aside from all of that the store employees are nice enough, the store is clean, the parking lot is safe, unfortunately, they need better leadership and better customer policies for returns and replacements.
