I want to make a complaint over the customer services received from the parts manager Paul C. Unacceptable pour knowledge of what he is serving parts. ( Autozone)Bad actitud.He as a revenge he give me the wrong lightbulb for my vehicle.I will appreciate it a called from upper management. Or a respond.

I had a very bad experience at this place. There is one employee that was rude to me. I went in and got in line for some help with an item I had purchased, so stood there for a couple of minutes and she took another customer before me and I was the one next in line. I told her I was next in line. She had the nerve to have an attitude and told me that she saw me and told me to get in the next line. She told me at the last minute after the line was getting long. So I left without getting help. WTH?????

Went to swap out something They gave me incorrectly thinking it shouldn’t be a problem I have the receipt the transaction was done two days ago only for the manager MANNY GUERRERO to tell me it looks to him like it was installedIt definitely wasn’tTold him the situation how someone gave me the incorrect item and he didn’t even care to listen all he cared about was his opinionNo type of mannerism or even a solution no type of problem solving skills and his badge literally says customer satisfaction, please demote him because that was not the case . I was dismissed like if I wasn’t a valuable customer even tho I spend $600 for the parts

Not the same place that it used to be. I used to work here and was not this bad at my job. You have employees prioritizing their race amd ignoring people that aren't their color. The other day someone cut the whole front line for parts because the employee told him to do so and he ignored me when I called him out on it. I told the part sales manager to but he just made a face and didn't say anything. Service is bad now. I'm going to orileys and napa first then dealership from now on if not just online parts.This happened on 09/13/2023 around 4:40pm - 4:45pm

Ordered parts and paid online. When I arrived they did not have what I had already paid for. They didn't even know I had placed an order for pick up. The person helping didn't ask for help and didnt know what to do. I got my money back and wasted time and gas driving here. Adjustments weren't made either. The part still shows as available.

Upper level Managers are lengthy in check out.. employees have problems locating parts, computer is always down or slow.. Security is abrasive and demanding.. which means long lines and long purchases delays..Customer Service..4Hospitality................3Customer relations.0

They didn't open the store on time and after I've been waiting for a long time the worker says "I can't do returns I have to keep the line moving you can go somewhere else" but I'm literally in back of the line so the line would have to move before it got to me anyways. In other words, he's lazy.

Lol, the service here is terrible, I’ve been along time customer of track auto parts, chief auto parts, and now Autozone. Trust me over the years this store has a low budget staff, and almost no knowledge of cars and car parts. It’s a shame I have to travel to oreilly auto parts to get parts when I live around the corner. Stop having your friends post positive reviews. And to management, I hope you take your job serious and do something about your poor staff. And to Laura, you have always been a great help and I thank you. (And trust me there is a manager who has her friends post positive reviews) believe it!!!
