Bad service by far the worst service i experience by a autozone the management n the employees treat people how they want like if we the customers arent paying their bills with our purchases people need better Service with the prices of their china made products they sell

Came in for a belt gave the cashier 20 bucks and in the process of her giving my change I asked how many points I had and she replied " you have 20 credit" so I happily said "can I use it now?" Which she happily agreed to which I was very grateful for, only problem she didn't give me my 20$ back. So impressed by the free belt I didn't notice untill I went across the st to put gas. Her name was leydi and she was cool so I didn't wanna make a fuss so I called the store and got no answer so I returned to the store just before closing left my info with Johnathan the manger and was told I'd here from him first thing. By the next evening never hearing from him I went back and and was told there was no extra money and there is no cameras on the register to see who lying. Highly disappointed , if I would not have returned I don't think Johnathan would have even called me back .

Not so much help. The workers need more training on how to use their equiptment. At the end they say my baterrie was not fully charged. Not happy with their customer service.

I have been an O'Reilly guy for a while but damn, this dude makes me want to be an AutoZone shopper. Marco Solis is the main guy who helped me and even saved me money through the promotion they offer on oils. Just like Los Bukis, it felt classic, an interaction between friends and I would most definitely go back. His customer service is phenomenal and he looks like a great leader, if he isn't already. If AutoZone ever loses this guy, I can definitely find a position for him where I work. ??
