Went in for slacks and I was in a rush. I told the lady my size and it took her less than 10 seconds to find the perfect sized slacks. I was in there less than 5 minutes after trying them on and paying. Good quality suit pants to boot

I purchased a suit for my godson that doesn't live in the states. We are going to celebrate his birthday in Dec. 2022 and I wanted to get him a suit from Azar Men in DTLA. Since he doesn't live here, we did have an issue with measurements. My main concern was finding a suit that we liked and we did find one but along the way, the lady that helped us knew this entire issue, we showed her the measurements from Mexico and talked about what the suit was for. She assured us that the suit can be exchanged if we found out that the size was incorrect. I asked for a receipt. She didn't want to give me one because she said that she new her suits so there wouldn't be a problem to exchange it if we needed to. We literally found out that same day that the suit needed to be a size larger but we needed to find the time to go back which was a week and a half later. When I went to exchange it, a man helped me this time, I mentioned to him that I went to exchange a suit that was a size too small (keep in mind that I hadn't touched this suit or opened it since I purchased it. I have no reason to since it's a gift for someone else that doesn't live in the United States). As soon as I said that, he opened it and started checking it, as he should. Come to find out the suit was altered. The pants were way shorter than we needed it, the suit did not have its tags, and the the stitching on the the two hems of the jacket were missing. He blamed it on us and said that he couldn't help us. I was in shock because the first thing that came to mind was my godson. He would've received a suit, mainly the pants that would've been way too short for him as he is a tall boy. I explain to him that I hadn't touched it since I purchased it because it's a gift for my godson, he continues to blame me for doing that. He says that he doesn't sell used suits. He told me to take it back to my tailer. I made another effort to explain because I know that I did not make changes to the suit. I explained that someone in the store could've made the mistake of taking the suit back and exchanged it for another without checking it. He assured me that they didn't make the mistake although he doesn't work there everyday. He has no way of making sure of that. I asked to speak to the owner, he said it was him. When I asked for him to write his name down, he said it was on his business cards. At the end we involved the police for a report and to make one more attempt but he kicked us out of the store... we have purchased suits there in the past with no issue but this time around, it was completely different. Sadly, he refused to help and am now forced to find another place and spend more money on another suit for my godson. What I could say is before you walk out from the DTLA store or any of their stores, check your suits and make sure to get an itemized receipt even if written from them because you might find yourself being sold a used suit or something else wrong with it. And there is nothing you can do about it. Now that this is a concern, we told the owner that he should make it a priority to show the client/customer the suit that they are purchasing to make sure that there are no issues. Lastly, I will show a picture of everything that I purchased as a whole. For a subject matter expert, a tailored suit would be easily detected by a professional. For someone with an untrained eye, there is no difference. You will notice the the belt is brand new, and the shirt wasn't opened. This suit was obviously used before I purchased it. If he blames me, why would half the the items be used and not all? It doesn't make sense and the owner refused to hear me out. A good business person will hear me out and make sense of it all.

I've gotten all of my suits from Azar Man. The customer service was great! It's always hard for me to find my size right off the rack but they have my size. The shoes are also very dapper. These suits make me feel very handsome. ?

Literally the third time I've tried coming here, driving all the way out here, looking for parking, sometimes even paying for parking, all for them to just randomly be closed! Seems like they just close up shop early or decide to not even open that day if they feel like it. Colossal waste of time...Their hours listed are not accurate at all

Ordered a pair of pants and paid for the alterations. What I received was the smallest pants and when I notified them of their screw up, they refused to refund me my money because they knew they messed up the order. BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is a company that doesn't not know anything about business. Save your money and go with another company.

I ordered two shirts for next day shipping and paid $30 extra dollars for the fast shipping. The shirts arrived 4 days later, after the event I needed them for. I tried to cancel my order prior to their arrival and requested a refund 4 times now with no response. Their “Contact Us” on the website does not work, and there is no phone number listed. They do not respond to Facebook messages. I will be filing a complaint against them to the FTC for fraud. They are required to notify you if shipping will be late and offer you a refund, which they did not do.

Amazing selection Leo from downtown LA was super helpful and even directed us to another location that for sure had the suit I was looking for! He even made sure to know what size I needed and suited me up with another suit to see. So happy to have gone there and be treated kindly will be going back for more as soon as I get the chance. Will be recommending them to everyone I know
