I took my daughter to Ball N Bounce for her first birthday. The staff was amiable and helpful; they walked us through the process and showed us the facility. It's a small facility, but you can only expect a little since it's in an expensive area. One of the most important things I like is cleanliness; their staff was on top, cleaning the top surface, and everything was organized and in its place. I will take my daughter back since she had a lot of fun.

THE WORST. Do not give them your card information! This business has the shadiest accounting i've ever seen. I've cancelled multiple times since March and they continue to charge a monthly subscription. They also claim I had no subscription when we came in and charged me for a day charge. Not to mention the location is almost always rented out for events with no noticed to the parents who do willingly pay for subscriptions.

NOT for visitors. very expensive. This was the only place we’d been to that didn’t have in and out privileges and I paid $35 for 1 adult and a 2 year old. Cute place, but not worth it at all. You have to be a “member” to walk out and come back in. Sandbox wasn’t open either, which they should stop advertising until it’s open. Wish I would’ve known. Money thrown away. Better off going somewhere else. Staff wasn’t super friendly either. act like they don’t want to work there.

Seems like the 2 women staff doesn’t wanna work there… grumpy face not welcoming at all. The toys and the play area some are broken not functioning well. Doesn’t worth 35$ at all. They also cover the sandbox nothing to do much here for a 2.7 years old . Will not go back

The place is great but the music is blasting like it’s a club ,it’s too loud for kids and also because the door is always open and the AC in on it is freezing inside . We love this place but they have to play attention to this small details

Celebrated my son's 6th birthday for the entire day. Took him to the zoo and found this place called "Ball n Bounce". In knowing that my son is on the spectrum, I wasn't sure what to expect. Boy! I was more than happy and impressed with this place. Very clean, kind and patient staff, and the sitting area for the parents is very comfy. My son didn't want to leave and now he can't wait till he goes back. Thank you for making my son's birthday so special!

We went to a 4th birthday party at BallnBounce a couple weeks ago and it was a great place for a bunch of pre-schoolers and their siblings to run around and have fun. I've now been to a few of these indoor playground-type businesses, and this was the best one, clean and cheerful with plenty of space and a large variety of equipment. There was free garage parking and an elevator to take us up to the second floor of this little complex on Beverly, where BallnBounce sat over a FedEx and a LensCrafters. The place was big and inviting. We surrendered our shoes, kept our socks (a requirement), and went in to join the party. Our three-year-old Leo B. had a great time with his school friends and even our baby enjoyed the vibes and the abundance of soft foam flooring. This was also, incidentally, our first outing with our newly potty-trained Leo, and we were proud and relieved that he didn't pee on the trampoline or s*** in the ball pit.BallnBounce was full of the kind of fun, colorful play equipment that is way too bulky to have at home. There was tons of entertainment per square foot, all of it safe, with cushy flooring everywhere. A bubble machine blew bubbles from high up on one wall. Another area had a swing set and monkey bars. Lots of places for kids to jump and climb and otherwise expend their energy. There was a separate space for food and drink, where you could, hypothetically, stand around with a White Claw and keep an eye on the play area (this would've been more relaxing if we weren't tailgating our child in case he had to pee). It looks like the venue provides the set-up, but you bring your own food and drink. The set-up was neat and attractive, and I enjoyed the spread, which was probably better than anything that would've been part of a party package. I'm guessing this means it's expensive to put on a party here, but it was quite nice all around.I've only thrown one kid-oriented party so far, but I'm adding this place to my list of potential venues when my son's birthday comes creeping back up on me. I can't tell when kids age out of this kind of entertainment, but I'm pretty sure we're just entering the prime BallnBounce years. I have a feeling we'll be back, so I'm glad none of us peed on the floor.

Very clean and organized. They help us plan my son's birthday party. The staff are very nice and helpful. The games are interesting and kids loved playing there. We had to extend half an hour too.

It is one big open space but not too many things to keep the kiddos busy and entertained for a long period. Reading nook, jungle gym wana be-like slide and ball pit, interactive sandbox and swing. Tough parking...if you park in the parking lot you have to pay $3 to the intendant. The only good thing is it's a one time admission fee and you can stay as long as you'd like.

We came here for the first time on a Friday morning. We got there at 10:27 a.m. and waited in line with 15 other kids. The place is supposed to open at 10:30 a.m. but they were cleaning up from a birthday party and started taking people in at 10:47 a.m. You can imagine how crazy it was trying to keep excited toddlers and children waiting. By the time it was our turn in line, it was nearing 11am. Please have a sign up OUTSIDE and IN THE LOBBY that says "FIRST TIME? Use the QR code to register FOR YOURSELF AND EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN while you WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR US TO OPEN" for the parents who are losing their minds. Or maybe just open later when you have a morning birthday party.

*** check the website for more accurate open hours. We went to a class which was 40$ for one kid. They only got to paint during this class. Not a big space. Just enough to spend 1.5 hours.
