Unbelievable ?(BAC) is paying $250 million after regulators concluded the giant lender "double-dipped" on overdraft fees and opened accounts for customers without their consent. THEY ARE COMPETING WITH WELLS FARGO AS TO WHICH IS THE WORST! Harmed consumers will get $100 million and another $150 million will go to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC).

They don't explain anything about new accounts. The service is poor and despite hoping for more being in healthcare they offer no benefits

ATM always conveniently available. It is located behind the glass door and also available after the bank is already closed. I have never had any issue when it comes to safety or making sure that my withdraw was accurate. If you are in the area, this is a safe and accurate ATM.

5 stars for Lucy!!! What an amazing experience, I know odd to say when you're going to the bank but every time I have come here in the past few weeks she's always so polite, professional and provides exceptional service. Today, she really went above and beyond. She helped every client who came in the door and even though she was swamped, she found time to assist me with my wire transfer (I didn't have an appointment...always make an appointment!). She is an amazing addition to the Bank of America family and such a delight to work with....she made this experience really enjoyable. As a long time B of A customer, this experience was a memorable one. Thank you Lucy for all of your hard work, it doesn't go unnoticed!

Worst bank ever. I went yesterday to close a safety deposit box and they worker couldn't close it because she was filling in from another branch. They offered me an appointment at 9:00 am the bext day. I decided to pick 10:00 am and I am glad I did because they don't even open until 10:00. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment at 10:05 I knocked on the security gate and and the manager said he can't open the bank because they don't have workers. You would think he would have come out to tell everyone waiting sooner. Insaw the guy I have the appoinment with just standing there and I said there is the guy I have an appointment with. Can I see him? No. Why because we can't let anyone in. I asked are you waiting for a security guard and he said no we don't have one. I said why can't you let someone in one at a time for their appointment. We just can't. If youbdon't have a security guard any way what difference does it make? This is such a poor excuse for a nationwide chain of banks.

Please shut this branch down!! Horribly service, the manger Elmore is unprofessional, a lier and thief! I have an fee charged and he gave me the run around, told me nothing could be done! The Marna branch took care of it 2 seconds, crediting me the charges, no fuss, super friendly and professional!

This review is for the security guard only . I just left this bank and noticed there was a security guard on his cell phone the entire time I was there . Never once did he observe his surroundings. I left the bank and drove by again and he was still on the phone . With all the crime that goes on , I did not feel safe coming here .

My wife talked to a representative named Michael Abdelaziz at this branch Who is she really like dealing with and he gave her a card with a phone number that nobody answers. I went online to get their main number and could not leave a message with him there either. Who runs a business like this. I have over 100 K in this bank and I thinking about investing it and I can't even reach this person. you think with the pandemic you could Talk to someone on the phone

No stars here. Unprofessional. Rude. Disorganized. They truly don't care about their customers. I've been with BOA for many years and DREAD having to go to this branch. Very consistent with extremely POOR customer service. Seek another branch. Pathetic.

I went to the bank to do a small transfer of funds from my account, and Jonathan Gutierrez was the banker who helped me. He was so patient and professional and took the time to assist me in setting up on-line banking so that I could complete the transfer for a lesser fee. He was very pleasant and caring overall!!

this b of a branch is terrible. no service,no tellers one usually even with long lines and if you are very lucky 2.managers walking around,sometimes the only other teller walking around also.we don t need meet and greet we need customer service and not always from a machine. managers totally unprofessional and unconcerned about long lines.tellers not too much more concerned. busy batting eyelashes and talking about personal things while assisting customers with banking. this branch needs a make over in staff and service. and more professionalism!!1
