This is the second time I come in attempting to open a bank account for my son's disability checks.The first time it was crowded. I guess this caused the representative to become anxious and short. She told me I had to come back. Somewhat understandable.Now I'm back. It's raining. There's nobody waiting and only one person at the teller window. I was given a few excuses, stating they need more documentation. I provided it. Then they said I'd have to come back because nobody was available to help me. I think that's bull!

The ATM machine in the outside took me$60 dollarsThe machine ID number is ICAD0538I asked a girl inside the bank she told me to call to report on the machine stealing moneyBut they didn’t solve my problemI am still have my $60 dollars lost

Good service as long as they don't visit at the beginning of the month. 1 to 4 very saturated and only one or two people for customer service, it's not the staff's fault, it's the bank's fault for employing few staff

Currently at the bank and have been waiting for more than an hour to get helped by a banker just to call a stupid number and get verified. Still waiting and the 2 bankers have been with the same customer since i got here like really dude? And no one else is here oh wait one of them just finished and the banker of course went to the back room and left us here and not helping us. Im literally laughing at how pathetic this bank treats their customers and how slow they work. Its no wonder that bank of americas future seems so dark and dim. Also, the banks store manager has been walking around the bank thinking shes at a runway modelimg show doing nothing but “modeling” lol i dont even think im mad anymore and more at a laugjing point of how awful this bank is lol get it together guys, thanks to us the customers you guys have this job so treat us with better service please. Shame on you!

It was a Friday the wait was long, the line was long and there were three tellers , but what made it long was the fact that certain people would come in having priority over us that were in line and they would get service right away. Ok I get it maybe one or two no problem. But when they come in one after the other after the other it turns into a very long wait. And I don't think it's fair to the customers standing for long periods of timeto wait in line longer than need be. The service was great. To open an account there was a three hour wait, so I passed on that . I also noticed the front door didn't have handicapped service only the rear door did .

ten minutes for a business deposit and a withdrawal with no card the first teller didnt submit the security code correct and had a attitude so i was passed on to the next teller .... i came to this bank for the business convenience since the one on whittier blvd doesnt have the same flexibility butvi eneded up waiting about the same amount of time ...

The teller lines are ridiculous. Sometimes there is only 1 teller working and customers have to wait over an hour! The staff isn't that friendly either.

The service at this branch is always bad there is no control when you need customer service no one is around to book you in an when someone appear they don't ask you if you need something they just go with whatever people they see first there should someone organizing these.

I did not feel comfortable taking photos inside of a bank for obvious reasons BUT this bank is five star in my book solely for the employees. Employees jet are EXTREMELY friendly, professional, and make you feel as though they truly appreciate your business. Bank is always clean and very well organized.
