***DONT NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM HERE THEY SELL LEMONS**** If I could I would leave zero stars. I brought this car in September and been having problem since after I drove off the lot. The car had problems that they said the would fix while I went to the sister lot to sign paper work. They bullshitted me the whole time about fixing my car I went them over 5 times to get on me issue fixed. They sprayed WD-40 on my car to stop making the squeaking sound. And changed the wrong part that wasn't not leaking and said it was something else because it was cheaper come to find out when I had to pay out of pocket. Don't buy a car from Oscar nor his father or mother they are scamming people trying to live a good life and have no remorse about anything that they do to their customers. If something goes wrong with the car he'll say what do you expect it's a used car. DONT BUT ANY CARS FROM HERE THEY SELL LEMONS

Bought a small truck for an 80-year-old lady from there sister dealership at 6825 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90003 The place is a fraud, lied to the 80-year-old lady and me....The truck is a piece of crap...she paid 4000 cash and already almost a grand in repairs and less than 130 miles driven. The place is a scam and will not even talk to us about repairs, their only remark is it's old what did you expect.......what jerks...Be careful to read all the reviews, this is not the first time they have had issues, and clearly will not be there last, I am working to get them exposed and hopefully closed down...

The company sold me a car with multiple things wrong with it and never repaired them when brought to their attention per our agreement. I purchased a 2008 BMW X5 back in May 2020. The car has been at BMW dealership for service ever since. The agreement that was made was that I would be able to bring the car in for repairs at Best Buy Auto per my warranty if anything with the engine was to need fixing. I did just that and left my car with them for a whole day and never received any paperwork indicating what had been repaired. A few days go by and the car starts messing up again. I take it to the BMW dealership and they notify me that the same thing still needed fixing. They even showed me the part. Best Buy Auto did not repair ANYTHING. The list of repairs goes on and on and includes new tires, ALL hoses in the car needed to be replaced ( a repair that was well over $2,000), the mechatronic sleeve in the transmission needed replacing (that cost $1700), the sunroof needs replacing (that cost $6,000). When I bought the car, Oscar told me (and I have the email by the way), that once the car is registered he would get me a new key fob because the one that came with the car did not work. The car was registered by him and guess what. He did not get me a new key fob. I had to buy a new one myself (a cost that was over $200). Essentially all the money I have had to put in the car...I could have bought a whole new vehicle. The kicker was when I bought the car, parts in the interior were missing and they told me they were going to order them for me (vent covers). I waited for weeks and finally followed up with them and they told me that the part "was delivered to them" (thanks for letting me know right?) So I go back to the dealership to get the part and the guy had me follow him TO ANOTHER BMW X5, and used a flathead screwdriver and took the part off of that car and gave it to me for mine. WHAT IN THE WORLD! So you guys practice swapping parts!? And what did you have me wait all of those weeks for telling me that the part had not been shipped yet (I HAVE THE EMAILS TO PROVE THIS WAS WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME), and then told me that the part was delivered, and all you did was take it off of another car. CROOKS!

Best Auto is a solid place to purchase a used vehicle from. They have good options in several vehicle classes to satisfy the consumer needs. With two locations to choose from that are remote in distance and good customer service; Oscar will meet you credit and monthly schedules.
