I have been on a recent trend of going against online orders and having the order shipped. I have been wanting to support physical retail stores, so I placed an order for pick-up at this Best Buy. I have been to many others that always provided great service, but this one is definitely lacking. I was given the impression that the person at In-Store pickup, didn't want to be there. When I went to customer service, it wasn't any better. There was an issue with my in-store pickup order, which was a standard correction, but I was told to just cancel the order and place it all over again. Pure laziness and was not a good look considering I have had orders that we handled in a much more efficient manner. Come on Best Buy, do more if you want to keep loyal customers who are resisting the ease of online ordering... Will this stop me from going to Best Buy? No, because I have always had great service in the past with customer service who went above and beyond what I was told at this location. However, I will likely avoid this particular location.

I bought a replacement watch band on clearance. I chose curbside pickup and it was very easy using the email that was sent to me and following the prompts. My order was delivered to me quickly, seemed like no more than five minutes. I was expecting a long drawn out waiting game but that was not the case at all. I came by on a Saturday afternoon and there were plenty of curbside pickup parking spaces available with numbers on a sign. There was also an employee assign to the pick up area. I didn't interact with him until he brought my item to my car. I will keep using curbside with these positive experiences. Good job BestBuy.

Best place to buy anything electronic. It's my go to spot for buying supplies for my PC. They also offer a range of items from phones, appliances, accessories, and customer support for any hardware questions. I'd recommend going here for top of the line technological gear.More specific for this location though: it's located in a parking lot near a Costco, so finding parking may be questionable at times. Otherwise the customer experience is pretty solid.

No more DVDs.. Was looking for TV for a friend.. Was able to ask someone who was talking to another associate.. at first they didn't want to help me since I brought up you guys need to do something to make your time go a little faster..

Don't understand the concept of curbside pick up. Waited more than 10 minutes and when I went inside to ask for the item, no one had even gone to get it and it wasn't busy whatsoever. When they did bring the item out eventually the worker just threw it against the counter (which was a 32" tv) and starter joking around with the security which frustrated me massively but luckily the young kid who served me was respectful and I'm giving him the star.

Shop here if you want to have a miserable time getting ignored by management and employees. Came to pick up a 65" TV that they didn't want to do us the favor the shrink wrap because it was raining. Have been coming to this location for other appliances but will have to be my last.

Tried to scam me, which is weird because it’s such a big corporation, tried to confuse me into buying a member ship that they said was $6 bucks for the year then $50 next year, then tried to sneak a charge of $50 at the same time, I called them out and they put their heads down and tried to argue their very twisted and weird point, don’t get the membership, even if they promise the item your buying will be discounted, had to take off the “$6” membership fee which if you looked at the kiosk it said very clearly “$50” you little punk reading this, you are predatory and a loser.

I bought a new refrigerator from Best Buy and the icemaker keeps breaking down. They keep sending the guy out to fix it now they want me to call Corp. it LG for all the information how to fix it and be charged with it I have insurance supposed to cover all that, but I can't get in touch with anybody. They do not help anybody I would not recommend Best Buy to anybody. I know the manufacturer LG is going through its problems right now being sued, but Best Buy keeps selling these raggedy products to people plus you can't even get in touch with the corporate office. They keep giving you the runaround.

(Usually whenever I have to give a one star to any business, no matter what it is I always say I hate giving a bad review, but this time ,,,, I actually don't feel bad) First, let me start off with the young lady that helped me when I picked up my TV, she was actually awesome. She really was helpful really friendly, very nice person and I have to give her definitely five stars because I do appreciate everything she did. And I actually got a great deal on this television. Now let's move onto to the part that made me only give them one star,,,, she called for a person to bring the TV twice, since it was in the back or in the storage area. They ask me twice what type of car I had ,,,, and where I was parked,,,, ? I don't know why.... So I was directed to the front of the store/exit . The lazy little boy ,,,,, brought it up put it on a dolly, so I figured he was going help me take it to the car ,,, I was wrong for assuming that would happen . he did not ask me, sir do you need some help or which car was mine . it was more like (so you need help ) ,,,,,after hearing he say that, I just asked if I could use the dolly to take it out to my car. Of course he said no! ( with a attitude like I was bothering him) I guess he was too busy talking with an other employee sitting next to the entrance to be bothered to do any work . So I proceeded to see how heavy the box was, and since it was not that heavy, I decided to carry it out myself with the help of my wife . I am completely disappointed with this lazy doesn't and didn't wanna work attitude from this little boy. This is a reflection on this store and Best Buy's management. I will never set foot in this location ever again. I don't mind driving further away to pick up my items that I purchased from another Best Buy location or do any in store shopping. Maybe it's just me, since I grew up in a generation, that understands, hard work, or maybe it's just the fact that I'm a US Marine and understanding, having a sense of honor in everything that I do, especially when I interact with other people, whether it be personal or any work environment. (Side note) Best Buy ,,,, not only can you do better,,,,, you should do better ! ....
