CAREFUL!!!! bait and switch. I am not someone to pinch pennies... BUT, I am also not one to just pay more for no reason and be taken advantage of. BEWARE. They have advertised prices BUT don't match them. I am going back to century BMW... they are a MILLION times better. Tried to talk to the manager Brent Kootns (Sp?)... he seems to think that taking time to talk to people is "beneath him" or that people should not mind sitting their waiting for him. So arrogant.. (PS.. someone might want to let Brent know that people can see into his office. And when he is sitting there not on the phone, rocking in his chair, doing nothing - yup people can see that too). I have had a BMW for 10 years - I am on my 4th Beemer. Last time I went to Beverly Hills BMW it was also terrible. I drive an extra 20-30 minutes to go to Century BMW (Bev hills is THAT bad).... so.. due to the drive and COVID - I decided to try Bev hills again... I figured it MUST have changed... but nope. Horrible.

I am surprised by all the poor reviews. I read them before my visit and I admit I was apprehensive but even with the negative feedback I followed my gut and said it cannot be that bad since it's BMW and I was very impressed. They saw me within an hour of making an online appointment. I went in asking for more than I needed and they were honest and told me those issues were not necessary bc my car was in great condition and I assumed the worst. I left with a shiny clean car, got some minor service done for maintenance and even bought a shirt bc I spent less than $200 thinking I was about to spend $1000!

I made an appointment this morning for my car's lease-end pre-inspection in the afternoon and when I got there, on time, no one had any idea what I was talking about. They had no indication of my inspection in their books. It later turned out that the woman I'd spoken to on the phone had botched the appointment, along with others, as another man was there at the same time facing the same issue. However, before we figured that out, there was a ton of confusion and the receptionist was incredibly patronizing throughout it. She spoke to me as if I were a total idiot (and I already get the special type of anxiety that comes with being a woman, who doesn't know a particular lot about cars, going to car-related places alone) and took my attempts at figuring out the issue as a personal affront rather than admit to any mistake on their end. Ultimately I sat and waited an hour and a half in the middle of my work day for them to determine someone at their service center messed up, and to no apology. The only helpful person I encountered was the man who did my actual pre-inspection -- thank you. Today wasn't a one-off experience either, as several of my friends have similar stories. This place operates more like a DMV than a nice car dealership. Honestly, go to a different location -- I've heard good things about the South Bay one.

Came here for the first time and just got my car. Hands down, Simon, Kyle and Regina were by far the most helpful, patient, and also efficient! Would definitely recommend Simon and Kyle for a good deal. There was no run around at all.

My experience here has been terrible. I made an advance appointment for a tire change. Despite this I had to wait an hour and a half for an estimate. They tried then to sell me on several services I knew I did not need. At the two hour mark the tire was still not changed. The service rep was rude. I would strongly recommend going to Santa Monica BMW over this place. At Santa Monica the people are always friendly and genuinely try to expedite service when you are waiting.

I recently got my 2022 m340i from this dealer and the only reason I went all the way out to Beverly Hills is Neda. She is probably the most wonderful salesperson that I've ever dealt with. I reached out to her via email inquiring the vehicle of interest and gave her my target price for lease. Shortly after, at 1am on a Saturday, she replied back with the best price that she could offer which was darn close. Neda was very responsive to my various questions and never made me feel pressured with any typical sales tactic. I had some personal issues so I couldn't go to the dealer until about 2-3 weeks after we confirmed on pricing. Neda was able to hold the car for me couple of days before I went into the dealer so that it doesn't get sold to someone else. There were some minor issues with the car initially but it was all fixed shortly after (missing 2nd key, missing front/rear tow covers, missing floormat). I highly recommend asking for Neda if you're ever looking for a BMW. The only downside about this dealership is....the location. There's really not much fun to test drive due to the area it's in.

Do not Buy from Beverly Hills bmw they put fake fees in the contract and tell you they can't remove them. Fake Warrienties Phantom Footprint, Complete Theft, Perma Plate. Check your paperwork and carfax. If you see these fees contact a lawyer and report them to DMV, CFPB, Attorney General. Just Google Beverly Hills BMW SCAMS. Also on Youtube.

This is an updated review after one year with my X5; I can not advise you to get that particular vehicle; it's been with problems out of the blue, since day one. The service team has been the one standing up to find solutions every single time, unlike the sales team, who have not been communicative, more likely they are avoiding dealing with it, especially Saleh Elshebli. Saleh was a great salesperson, like everyone who wants your business, but after signing the paperwork, you are not relevant to them; sadly, the bigger picture is not buying again from him or the dealership, make yourself a favor and take your business to other dealers.

Honestly Jeremy and Abir were the perfect duo to lease me my car. Both were so professional and nice, it made my experience an amazing one. I had planned 3 years ago to get another BMW but I had such a bad experience in the valley that I never got one but after this experience I'm always going to return to Jeremy and Abir. Thank you!

I have to say that this is perhaps the most professional dealership I've ever seen. I interacted with many of the staff, and everyone was pleasant and attentive. I should add incredibly gracious and genuinely nice. I even met some of the management team, and both Paymon and Sean cared about my needs and thoughts. This is now the only dealership that I will buy from, and I am confident that the service department is equally excellent. To the staff at Beverly Hills BMW, a truly heartfelt thank you!!!

Another Excellent experience at BMW Beverly Hills. Just bought my 3rd car and had another excellent and fast experience. They not only beat the deal from South Bay BMW but also went above and beyond to ensure i was a very pleased customer! If looking for a BMW, you won't be disappointed with them!! Ask for Amine Drissi, great guy, nice, honest and very transparent.
