Leasing my car was a seamless process thanks to the professionalism of Brad Kleinman. Contact him if you want to buy or lease a Porsche. Gor in finance was also very nice and made it possible to sign all the loan docs electronically.

They made it very easy to spend my money! All kidding aside, Joseph Park from the used car side of BHP was easy to work with and got me into an almost new 2023 Cayenne that met my needs and came with an incredible 5-year unlimited mileage warranty since it was a CPO vehicle. That cost me a bit more but the piece of mind of owning a vehicle that is coverage to this degree is well worth the added cost.

Everyone at Beverly Hills Porsche made the experience simple and perfect! Derek was very thorough going over the features of the new car and spent nearly an hour with us so we were comfortable when we pulled out. Beverly Hills Porsche is easily the best dealership.

I have leased **** Porsche Cayenne on November, 2023 When I picked up the new vehicle, I noticed a ding on the trunk and one of the key fobs had scratches on it like a used car key, the second key fob was missing. Not to mention, gas was not completely full (quarter level low). Therefore, I had to return to the dealership to pick up second Key and fill the gas, but I only ended up picking up the second key fob because I have asked my salesmans assistant *** to replace the scratched key fob and he said Its just plastic scratches, if you want to replace it, you have to pay over $300 to replace the key fob.I was very disappointed after his response and was disappointed at Beverly Hills Porsche. Also, when I picked up my new **** Cayenne, the salesman **** took out the license frame from another ********************** vehicle to install temporary license plate on my new *************************** Cayenne and he said the service department has closed on Sunday so I dont have a choice. He installed only one rear temporary license plate and he even gave me the other front temporary license plate (also, no ROS).The worst thing is, I received a toll violation on December 6, 2023. According to the toll violation, the temporary license plate# CXXXXXX has passed toll plaza without paying the toll on October 17, 2023 at 10:57pm PST.I was very shocked because I have signed the lease contract on November 26, 2023.Has someone registered and drove my new **** Cayenne on October 17, 2023 ?The toll plaza is 53 miles away from Beverly Hills Porsche. Its a wonder how the odometer reading is only 44 miles on my new Porsche lease contract. Also, I have discovered someone's mobile phone device connected to my new **** Cayenne even before me.The sales manager **** said, \

Everyone looking for a Porsche should look for Nic Huffman. He is an enthusiast and a great communicator. And best of all he takes great care of his clients. What more can you ask for keep up the good work I'm sure all your clients feel the same way.

One of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had with any Service Department. Would give negative stars if I were able to. The Service Department never answers the phone or gets back to you if you manage to get through. First time at any Service Department where I received no paperwork for an estimate or charge; they could not even produce any paperwork to justify their charge. Scott R. and Kurt B. are terrible for the Porsche image!

Purchased a dealer loaner Macan T. CPO. The following day had low tire pressure warning on all four tires. I live far from the dealer so I took it to a local tire shop and had them take care of that. Then they service due alert, popped up, saying I need to get an oil change soon. Contacted my sales person about all of this who said he would take care of it. Didn't hear back. Emailed him again. Did not hear back. Texted him directly and he said "I think we just forgot to reset that come on down we'll do it". I asked for his managers number. Left a few messages and have not heard back. I don't believe they did any kind of oil change or other work on the car before selling it to me. I have zero faith in this dealer. I am currently dealing with Porsche USA about this to see if they will get involved with this.

One-Star Review for Beverly Hills PorscheMy experience at Beverly Hills Porsche was deeply disappointing. Initial contact with Kelly Yim was unprofessional; he stopped responding without any explanation. Then, after three days of discussions with Derek Haines, we agreed on a price. I filled out the application, but then, silence. No courtesy of a follow-up. When I reached out, they bluntly told me the car was sold. This isn't just unprofessional; it's disrespectful. A dealership of this caliber should value communication and integrity. They did neither. Potential buyers, beware: your time might not be valued here.

I love m'y Porsches , i happen to own several Porsche from 1959 to 2013. They are my baby's.So yesterday i went to buy some recommended Porsche Classic oil which I recommend as well as the Porsche products are amazing. I get my bill for two quarts and it's with taxes $83.88 .Then i realized that other Dealer in the country are selling the same oil for $15.50 a quarts ...i'm seriously unhappy as oil is important to carry the legacy of our favorite cars but it looks like Beverly Hills does not care , or care only about money

Our experience purchasing a Porsche from Beverly Hills Porsche was tarnished by unfulfilled promises from our sales representative, Todd. Despite his assurance of providing two complimentary Porsche hats, he failed to deliver after multiple attempts to contact him. While we are pleased with the car, the dealership's lack of customer service and failure to address the issue left us feeling undervalued. We hope Beverly Hills Porsche takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service practices.
