Very cool and easy to get to gallery. Seems mostly focused on street art or modern art. Saw the Mister Cartoon exhibit there which was super cool. Great pieces well laid out. Looking forward to whatever is there next to go back.

Went last January for the Beastie Boys temporary exhibition and the location was great. It was fair what I got for free cost.

I'll make this short. I guess this is now a small gallery in the heart of the overly busy Melrose area that spun off the large graffiti exhibit in DTLA from before the pandemic? Cause, I believe it is the same name. It's really nothing more than three small rooms and a gift shop to take your money. I went for the Beastie Boys exhibit, which I think has closed. It was not much, but it was fun and cool, and IT WAS FREE. That's right. You had to get your tickets from AXS website, but there was no cost. So, you get what you pay for. A cool, small gallery exhibit with in this case was featuring mementos of the Beastie Boy's career. It was great to take the teen kiddo to. And, afterwards we could grab a bite at Bludso's BBQ down the street. Street parking wasn't hard to find right out front. And, unlike the complaint by the other reviewer, when we went to the exhibit all the music was Beastie Boys only. I'd say keep an eye out for future exhibits.

I really enjoyed the Beastie Boys exhibit. This was my first time at this gallery. Going back next Friday. Check it out! They have a cool gift shop, and Monty's vegan ice cream. Good stuff all around

This is related to the Beastie Boy Exhibit... For a very small exhibit it still didn't pack the Beastie Boy flavor.... Just not enough photos, videos, etc and the most obvious F*** YOU to the band and fans... they were playing 50's-70's music... No Beasti Boys or music that influenced them... Wiggidy Wack-Next time hire a DJ you cheap asses------ You gota fight for your right to party.

The Beastie Boys exhibition will be here till like 1/29 ( I think). Tons of lyric books, personal items, and sound equipment are on display, followed by a gift shop. Mad chill and free thru Axis app. A must if you're a fan.

Went to opening day of the Beastie Boys exhibit! The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the exhibit was personal and memorable, as well as super nostalgic! :)
