Where do I start! First I always support black business and I've been rocking with Bfly for some years now. But I'm here to tell you this is my very last time! Very unprofessional only answers emails aftert hours. First email came at 5:59pm. They close at 5 or 5:30, telling me my order was ready for pick up. I'll respond back. Asking, can my husband pick up? They said, no, that response came in @ 8:59 pm the next day.I Respond back four more times starting @ 10:51am still no response. Just received a response @ 10:50pm. I'll figure since it was free shipping
When I ordered to have my order picked up that they should be able to still send it free. No I was wrong. She sent me an invoice for $13 in order for her to send me my order that says over a $$$ amount its free. NOT, I will never do business with Bfly again.

I’ve purchased from her the last 2 years & it’s been fine . Recently, I purchased some items and she didn’t have one of them in stock . Instead of refunding me she gave me a store credit. So I use the store credit & purchase a turtleneck & under the description it says that it’s a bodysuit. I get the turtleneck and it’s a shirt. I reached out to her about it & she says “it was a typo” but it states that it’s a top . Remind you it said that it was a top in the title but in the description it said it was a bodysuit so technically it was listed as both! Of course when I called her out about it she went MIA. She and her team make errors and never correct them. Be careful when purchasing from her. Read her policy as well. She will do anything to keep your money !

My first order 2 years ago was fine. I placed an order on Black Friday 2023 just awful!!! I was missing 2 item and they sent the wrong color coat. Customer service, just forget it. I will never order from this boutique again. Find another boutique.Update: They refunded me the 2 missing items and sent a return label for the coat. I decided to keep the coat and gift it to someone.

I was about to spend a $100 ordering from this website til I realized the address is a Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles and the jacket I was bout to order is on another website for almost half the price..... not to mention the bad reviews. Thanks for saving my coins ladies!!!

First order was received just fine. second order I received a hole in my one piece contacted customer service by email never spoke to anyone it was an automatic reply. 3rd order never received I ordered back in October

I am one that's totally for small business owners and I love to patron them. However, I have a huge issue with BFlyla using my number to promote sales, new items etc. I never once agreed to have my number saved in their system. I reached out via email (there is no contact number) because I receive the text constantly. I was asked to text STOP. I did that but that did not work. I reached out to them again and again and again, begging for them to take my number out of their system because Thr STOP text did not work. I no longer received a reply. Black Friday 2022 is what really did it for me. I can't count the number of text I received. It's really disheartening to see a young beautiful lady start a business that people like me support, but she does not care about her customers. I can no longer support a business that doesn't care about helping resolve issues with the very people who support them. I need to find a way to get my number out of her business system.

There was a manufacturing issue with the boots I ordered , two pins were sticking out of the sole of the shoe but I didn’t see and try to put my feet in, it scraped the bottom of my feet and I was bleeding. I sent pictures to the company email and I wasn’t refunded I let them know that I am in the UK and they didn’t ship a new pair to my address. I never received a new pair or a refund. Those boots were $250 on sale for $150. I also got them transferred to the UK for $80. I should not have. Absolutely terrible experience.

I had a great experience with BFLY LA. I ordered a pair of pants Friday and received them today. The quality was great. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Telephone number doesn’t work when you try to reach out to customer service! Clothing arrived cheaply made and I did not receive an item in order! Totally unprofessional! I would never purchase again from this store!
