I recently had an exceptional experience with Alex, my mechanic from Bimmer Tech, and I can't recommend him highly enough. As a woman with limited knowledge about cars, I’ve always been wary of mechanics, but Alex and the team have completely changed my perspective. Alex's expertise is unmatched; he came to my place to fix my car, stayed late until 9 PM, and had it ready the very same day. His honesty and reliability are a dream come true for someone like me who values trustworthiness. The "battery discharging while stopped" notification came on in my 2016 BMW i3, so I knew it was a matter of time before the car wouldn't start or charge. I wanted to avoid taking the car to the dealer, so I contacted Bimmer Tech. Max replaced the 12v battery after running a series of tests to ensure the big battery was not the problem. He was methodical and thorough, even asking me to plug into one of the apartment garage chargers so he could check that the battery was charging at the appropriate amps and voltage. I would give Max and Bimmer Tech 100 stars if I could! Great service and very nice people too!

What a wonderful and painless experience. I’d neglected my ‘89 325i for a couple years and it needed a master and slave cylinder. Alex was competent, friendly, and asked all of my stupid questions:)

As the owner of an older 535i, I was quoted outrageous prices by other mechanics who seemed more interested in profiting from my situation than providing genuine service. But the team at Bimmer Tech was a breath of fresh air - they offered a fair and reasonable quote, delivered exceptional service, and maintained open and transparent communication throughout the process. As a proud new owner of a late model BMW 3 Series, I ran into the same issue that most people will experience, once the car goes out of warranty. I had a coolant leak that just started so I contacted Bimmertech, after having received multiple quotes on the oil filter housing & hose replacement. Bimmertech’s pricing was the most competitive, I opted to buy my own parts as I felt the aluminum housing would be a better option over the OEM plastic. Max was great. The job took about 4 hours as I had to run to grab more coolant. Once he was done he explained in detail about what he did and gave instructions on resetting the oil pressure & how to top off the oil & coolant. After the repair, my car is back in business and driving even better than ever. They will drive right to your house to get the repair done! I would definitely recommend!

He is a true car enthusiast with skills and experience. (He was a racecar mechanic)
He completed his work so quick and precisely, also told me what was the problem.

I 100% recommend Bimmer Tech to everyone. Recently my Cars Coolant tank and hose got ruined and my car wasn’t drivable. I was super stressed and didn’t know where to turn. I went to Pepboys and they quoted me $1,900. That was way too much and over my budget.
I then turned to Google and found Bimmer Tech pro who saved my life! I was able to text Tony about my issues and within an hour he was able to let me know what I needed done, what parts I needed and how much it would cost. It was wayyyyyyyy more affordable than what Pepboys quoted me!
My car has been running perfectly fine ever since.
The best part is they come to youuuu!!
