I switched to a gold titanium belly ring a few months after getting my piercing, and I’m so glad I did. My original jewelry wasn’t helping it heal, but this one made such a difference. It’s super comfy, looks so cute, is affordably priced, and my piercing has finally started healing properly. Definitely recommend a titanium piece from this company if you’re having trouble with healing or just want something safe and stylish!

First time buyer and first review. I accidently ordered 1 earring instead of 2 and the exchange process was seamless. They allowed me to wait until the rings I wanted was back in stock prior to exchanging. 10/10 for customer service and the rings are great quality! Will be purchasing again.

usps messed up the delivery for the original pair i ordered but the seller was super responsive and nice and they sent me a new pair even though it wasn't their screw up. great customer service, can't wait to receive my plugs.

Was super excited about getting some new earings after wearing the same pair for quite some time. They look great but I noticed the was a chip in the glass on one of them, these things happen. Reached out to BM25 and withing a day I got an email apologizing and was provided with the tracking number for a replacement! No fussing or arguing just great customer service. Product was great and the service was even better. Definitely will be ordering from them again.

I REALLY love this store and have ordered BEAUTIFUL jewelry from them several times. I ordered again from them in December, but sadly there was a problem with shipping and I never received my package. After a little conversation with the staff and an investigation from the Post Office, I was given a refund post haste. I'll be happily reordering from this shop in the future and HIGHLY recommend them. Stunning products, quality workmanship and fantastic customer service!
