Great store, with excellent service. I love their pants, better looking and fit than other more expensive brands I’ve purchased. My salesperson Ty was very helpful getting me right fit. What I ordered in store and what I received was dead on. I’ll be back.

We went into the store and it took forever to get assistance. When we did, the salesperson was distracted by the store dog (I am a dog lover but I was there to shop for clothing).Finally ordered $300 worth of clothing. The clothing is delivered but we never received anything. Checked our credit card, no charge. Called the store and the order was never placed. Not surprised since we could never get anyone's full attention for more than 10 seconds.Not a good reflection on Bonobos.

Had a great experience at this location. Got great attention and customer service from Durryl who had multiple customers to help at once. He really knew his product well and helped me find a great fitting and ultra comfortable style. I came in for one pair of pants but ordered three b/c they were so comfortable.

I didn't buy anything but I have to give it up for the exceptionally courteous staff. Durryl was knowledgeable, casual, and patient enough to make me want to go back when the suit designs have more options and are a little less generic. As for Bonobos suit designs: nothing wrong with the classics ... but there's more than one or two.

Never write reviews. But here we are. Durryl was the single worst style lead I've ever met at Century City. Never felt more uncomfortable the moment I walked into a store. Like I was wasting this dude's time. Joe, Rodney, Aaron -- all great style leads! Truly exceptional people. But damn, no idea how this other dude got the job. Avoid the store. Buy online. And even then, good luck with the shipping delays.

Needed to pick up a few last minute items for an upcoming rehearsal dinner. Walked in and was helped by a super friendly consultant, Aaron Garcia. Provided me great advice on my outfit, made sure pants, shirts and blazers were fitted to my liking then walked me through the purchase process (along with a nice new customer discount). After getting next to no personal help from folks at Nordstrom's and Bloomingdale's and having to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment at Suit Supply. It was great to just stop in, try on some clothes and have them shipped directly to my house. When I let Aaron know that I was on a time crunch he called customer support on my behalf and asked them to put a rush on these items. Next day I received shipping confirmation along with free overnight shipping. Items arrived less than 72 hours from me exiting the store. Overall an excellent experience working with Aaron and the clothes look amazing!

Can't say enough about the staff. Super friendly and helpful in every aspect.I was a typical groom and waited last minute to get my tux. Cameron did a fantastic job at calming my nerves and finding my perfect fit. Not just a "here you go" and "how does it feel", but lots of options, pros and cons, and some suggestions along the way.Last but not least he stood in contact with me throughout the process to make sure everything arrived and fit properly.Shoutout to the entire staff for their help as well including the store manager who searched hi and low for items that were out of stock.If you're looking for a friendly staff, nice clothes, and an overall great experience I highly suggest this store.

Edited review: The local LA employees (from this location up to area management) are phenomenal. This store functions mainly as a showroom where you can get fittings and do returns, so if you buy a suit here, you're likely going to be getting it in the mail.The fulfillment center responsible for my order messed things up pretty bad for me. I ordered a suit on a tight deadline, and after taking entirely too long to ship it, they decided to only send the top half. Major issue. I was originally told that the garment went "out-of-stock" between my purchase date and the shipping date, which not only turned out to be incorrect, but really shouldn't be possible with a modern inventory system. In my mind, when I bought the thing, it should have adjusted inventory accordingly, and not taken a week to give me the bad news. Regardless, this snafu almost rendered me suit-less for my wedding even though I gave myself nearly a month of lead time. Upon hearing this, however, the local team went above and beyond to help me out. They managed to get everything resolved within a couple of days, and it looks like I'm going to be in the correct clothing after all. My advice would be to only deal with the store, and if you have any sort of problem, don't even bother with online customer service. In the end, I had a stressful couple of days, but the team here made it right.

I stopped by on a busy Saturday expecting to just try on some pants like I do at most stores. However, this was different Aaron took the time to get me fitted, even taking the time to explain correct sleeve length for shirts and coats he even recommended I size down on pant length. Overall I could not have had a better shopping experience, now I know I’ll be looking sharp when I go back to the office. Thanks again!

I am floored by the customer service provided by Aaron C and Maggie at Bonobos in Century City! I was getting my suit tailored to be a groomsmen two weeks before the wedding, and she recommended I get a shorter size. I called Bonobos to see if some were available and if I could exchange it. During the pandemic, the wedding was pushed back, and even though I bought the suit over a year ago, they said to bring it over and the shorter size was in stock online. When I came over, they had trouble processing the return in the system from so long ago, but were able to find a work around and get a shorter size shipped to me. On top of it, they sent back to me my original jacket just in case the new one didn't get to me in time! Keep in mind I have to fly out for the wedding in a week and a half and need time to get whatever alterations were needed. I did eventually get both jackets and the new one fit perfectly! And I looked very sharp at the wedding=) I will never forget this and applaud the customer service at Bonobos.
