I was desperate for a phone after my phone was taken on Dec 14th 2021. No stores had any available. Website had no phones available. Insurance had no phones available. Enter Super Dane today. After 2 months with all stores being out. Dane kept his word. He had a phone available. He took the insurance coupon even though it took time to go through. He set up my phone. Dane you deserve a raise. Thank you.

I hate this company cz they are lying to us. They say get 2 lines & pay 80 +3 /monthly and every time 12 days after I pay my monthly payments my internet is very slow otherwise good service the boy working there very kind of person I have been with boost 4 almost 6 Years &and now they say you only have 35 GB and them your internet gets slow tf .. I almost broke my phone cz my phone was stoked the way to sell this is we sell you 35 GB no unlimited inter u got me??

This was my local store and provider but not anymore! They're service has always been subpar at best but today they really exceeded my expectations. I went in to ask for my account number (I am changing providers and it is needed to keep my phone number) the guy fumbled around for a bit and then asked the girl if they had account numbers. (I had tried to find it online beforehand but it won't pull up on any of the account info) The girl then replies they do have account numbers but she won't give it to me because it's an indicator that I'm leaving their service! All she would do was give me the customer service number for me to call corporate, do a whole song and dance, and get the information. Honestly, I practiced great restraint by not cussing out that girl. I'm glad I'm no longer a boost mobile customer! You guys suck, this isn't my first issue with you or at this location. You guys suck.

Poor customer service, I can't even use internet while I'm using voice calls data. It's stupid! This is the last month with this poor service. And if you dial customer service number, you never get a living person to help you, just a stupid machine! I'm freakin' pissed, so disappointed.
