I went to Boost for 2 reasons, 1. To get assistance with fixing a problem I caused on my phone and 2. To purchase and activate another phone.Let me just say that this experience was by far the best experience I've had at this location. Previous experiences were pushing me towards not only no longer going to this location but also switching providers completely.Even though Carlos wasn't able to help with my first problem, he offered different solutions, including pointing me in the direction of someone who could help. As for my second reason for going, he was able to offer me a deal on accessories for my new phone and helped me with picking the best plan options for what I needed the phone. Which I planned to use while traveling outside the country.Needless to say, his customer service skills exceeded my expectations, especially for this location. And with how busy it got, I appreciated the fact that he listened to what I needed and helped me on the spot without the need to go back. Thank you so much for the help.Oh, the only bad thing for those who drive is the parking, when it's busy, finding where to park can be very difficult.

The store owner has not contacted us at all. It's been already more than a month trying to get a hold of the owner or supervisor.. NO SUCCESS LAST WEEK I SPENT 2 HOURSE AND THE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO CALL THE SUPERVISOR AND REFUSE TO GIVE US HIS CONTACT NUMBER HE EVEN KICKED US OUT OF THE STORE.****PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THIS BOOSTMOBIL I GIVE YOU MY WORD THEY ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS AND THEY DONT GIVE YOU YOUR RECEIPT EITHER AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAHE OF SENIOR CITIZENS.Warning THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BEAWARE OF THIS STORE LOCATION DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE.YESTERDAY I SPEND MORE THAN 2 HOURS IN THE STORE BECAUSE THE STORE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO CALL HIS SUPERVISOR THE EMPLOYEE WHO SOLD US THE PHONE CHARGED US $150 DOLLARS FOR A GOVERNMENT PHONE THEY DIDNT GIVE US THE RECEIPT FINALLY I was able to get our receipt and it shows that the phone was only $69.99 the employees stole and pocketed the rest of the money and they refused to call the store supervisor. To make things worst we had gone back 2 days after they sold us the phone because it's doesn't work and the employee told us he would buy it back from us for $60 dollars when we had just payed $150 two days prior from that same store. This is a nightmare.I called customer service I lasted more than an hour in a half on hold I will also be taking legal action and file a lawsuit it's a horrible experience.

Warning Please do not come to this boost mobil they are a scam they sold us 2 phone one on June 13 and the other july 14 neither they don't give you your receipt and they also add hidden fees and they add things things you didn't purchase I went back to the store and requested out receipts the employee Carlos took half hour to find them on there computer and when he did it showed the phone purchases in julybwas a government phone ad was only $69 dollars and the same they pocketed thr rest of the money and the employee offered to buy back the phone that we had just paid $150 dolllara 2 days prior he offered to but it back from us for $60 dolllara because the phone doesn't charge properly we dpmt get all the calls coming in I spend more than 2 hours at the store and he refused to call his supervisor and he refused to give us the contact info. ***DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE A FRAUD THEY ARE SCAMMERS THIEFS IS AN UNDERSTAMENT IM HIRING LEGAL COUNSEL TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION THEY TAKE ADVATANGE AND ARE STEALING CCUSTOMERS MIONEY

I am currently looking to sue this company. They have false advertisements on their app and refuse to give you a refund for it. I finally got a credit put on my account and a few days later, they pulled it off like I'm a dummy. I WILL be getting a lawyer. This company is a scam
