Boost ripped me off twice. First back in 2020, fed ex delivered my phone to wrong address. I reported this to Fed ex and Boost. Fed ex lied about where they delivered my phone and Boost went along with Fed ex living lame excuse. Boost also informed me to fill out police report claiming the phone was stolen. then call them back with ref # of the police report then they MAY proceed with refund. I refused to do that because I would be filing a false police report. SHAME ON BOOST!
