Stopped by Boost at 3404 West Florence, easy access and parking. Greeted entering the store and received best customer service by Ruby. She was professional and patient with me during the purchasing and setup. Will recommend to those in need of cell phones and accessories.

The attendant needs more training she told Us different things for updating our phones I went there 2 times first time she told me my phone wasn't compatible to update it to 5G and 2sd time she told me I do not need a new device just a sim card but also she said is no warranty I'm going to be able to send or receive photos but now my phone is working fine. Except few issues when she updated. She remove few of my apps and install few new ones I do not use. Any ways now is set up my phone to a 5G.

Do NOT go to this store they're fraudulent they charge you extra to keep for themselves they do NOT follow boost mobile policy and fees and they will not be working with boost for too much longer.

Every time I come to this location it never is open on time. And sometimes closes an hour before the actual closing time. Very horrible customer service. Need more employees there's always one person working and lines are always long.
