I bought a phone from Consumer Cellular only to find out that they turned me on to Boost Mobile so I went into Boost Mobile to get auto pay and I bought the phone for my brother so they wouldn't give me auto pay they said they have to text me a link so that was very good information that I got from the customer service receptionist

First, Lupe is a great manager. She is professional, concerned, kind, and confident. The customer service provided to me and another customer I observed was excellent. She made sure that I was pleased with her suggestions and that I understood what I was pursuchasing. While working with the clients she was training Edwin, showing him good business practices. I'll return to the Boost Mobile Crenshaw/ Stocker store for my cellular and other digital needs.

The Manager a few nights ago (Friday Night) went beyond the call of duty in helping me with two new phones by saving two Celero 5G plus. It should be said that I have been trying to obtain these phones from different stores for the last past two (2) weeks.Great Job!!
