Rude guy doesn’t want to help hanged up the phone on my face this store needs to be closed its or the guy needs to get fired I am porting to a different company just because of the employee of the store

This is the worst connection in the world and the best customer support! They take money twice and don't want to return it! When you call customer support, each agent gives different information because they are very unprofessional and just want to quickly end the conversation! They first took $16 from me as they should have, and then they took another $26!!!!They promised to return it, but they never did!

I have been a boost mobile customer since it was Virgin mobile. I left Verizon for Virgin and now boost and haven’t looked back since! I have done ALL my business online using boosts website since I got my very first sim on the virgin plan etc.
On Halloween my bag was stolen with my phone/ID/cards, etc. so I got locked out of my online portal. I made the trip over to this store for some help and received the best customer service I have gotten in years!
Michelle and the two gentleman working there were so helpful and worked with me so that I could get a device within my budget and immediate need that was compatible to my plan. They didn’t force me into any upgrades or contracts. As long as I am living in the area I plan to visit them in store for cases/accessories and my next upgrade rather than go online!
Thank you all so much! If you are thinking of considering boost I highly recommend the service but I also recommend visiting them in store here vs online only!

Times are really hard so here I am. I just switched my phone from cricket to Boost. What have I gotten myself into? As far as the service we shall see. As far as in store customer service I am already regretting my switch. First time I came it was a guy who was here today too. He sent me off because I needed some info and told me to get it. He did not tell me if it would take long to get it or if I could just call cricket and get the info. So I assumed it was not something quick and left. Today service was pretty bad. The lady tried to send me off by saying that the phone had to be unlocked and that it would take hours for it to be unlocked. Again I was sent off. It seems to be a pattern here. I needed to get this done though so I called cricket and got the phone unlocked. It was unlocked immediately. Why did the Boost lady say it would take hours? I came back to the store and the lady again told me it would take hours even though I told her cricket assured me it was unlocked. She checked my phone and sure enough it was unlocked. They could have lost a customer if I weren’t for absolute necessity that compels me to get this service. I guess it’s a cheap service for a reason! I can’t wait to have fun with customer service on the phone. Again though necessity brought me here. The store got busy soon. I was here for maybe half an hour. To think I could grace gotten this done the first time I got here when the store opened. This simply doesn’t look good. Do not get Boost if you don’t absolutely have to get it because of necessity. I don’t think this is going to be just a problem in this store. It’s probably Boost wide. The store was uncomfortably warm. Their idea of AC is a small fan on the floor! There’s a big parking lot in front and it becomes valet at some point.

Michelle and Ignacio (sorry if I spelled that wrong) were very friendly and patient with my questions and helping me set up my phone. I recommend coming here if you'd like to set up a plan with Boost.

My account was completely mixed up. Michelle at this location finally helped me and made some sense out of my account. Wrong plan couldn’t change it no payment history and after 6 months battling to get it resolved, she out of all people finally fixed it. So thanks to her and the store location.

Michelle and the gentleman who works at this store deserve bonuses! We needed to upgrade our phones to 5g, and they went above and beyond to help us. They were knowledgeable, kind, and patient. (We stayed with Boost because of them - after were ready to switch carriers due to an employee at the Vermont location literally walking away from us as we were asking for help.) Thank you!

They claim to be a Corporate Boost Mobile but when I asked about the new Premium Add Ons they had not heard of Privacy Premium, Boost Shield or Secure Wi-Fi when I said if your going to work for Boost Mobile you might want to know what these add on where!! He then said there not available for month to month customers!! Then I asked about there free phone offer. He told me they had not had any free phones for over a month now and did not expect any free phones anytime soon!!!IN RESPONCE TO YOUR REPLY: I CAME TO YOUR ASKING ABOUT THE PRIVACY PREMIUM ADD ON'S! I WHICH YOU HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF! THE ONLY THING YOU COULD SAY ABOUT THEM WAS THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MONTH TO MONTH CUSTOMERS AND YOU DID SAY YOU HAD NO FREE PHONES AND YOU DIDN'T EXPECT TO GET ANY IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Best Boost mobile store ever! I had such a great experience there today. The staff was very knowledgeable and super accommodating. They gave me a great promo deal plus screen saver and the case for free :) I couldn’t be happier!

This Boost Mobile is the best, both employees are very helpful and take their time helping customers. I wanted to buy a phone and had a bunch of questions and the employee was very helpful and patient. The best customer service and the shop is very clean and organized.
