Very unprofessional and rude staff, they annoyed travellers and ask unnecessary information which other rental cars in the same area don’t bother, inexperienced, rude and unprofessional behaviour, stay away from these or ready to have unnecessary arguments and documents demand and overpriced rental cars.Also car wasn’t washed, mirrors are blurred, person in the garage cleaning with dirty cloths in a bucket, almost empty gas tank, not properly cleaned car inside, won’t recommend!

They are the worst, I booked a reservation for 12 pm pt pick up. Then I arrived and they said they ran out of cars and that the next available have until 1 pm for drop off. Why didn’t they call me to let me know before I arrived?When I asked if they can call around their sister locations, they said it was above their pay grade. Worst service ever.

Worst service I've ever received in my life. I arrived to pick up the car I rented and it was already paid for. When it came time to pass my card to the security deposit, the attendant tried to go through the magnetic stripe, but I explained that in Brazil no credit card did not pass through a magnetic stripe, only by chip or approach. He said he couldn't do anything and that the problem was mine and that he wasn't going to give me the car. I called the central office that I rented my car and tried to talk to the attendant, but he refused to talk to them. Bad experience. I will file a complaint with the company and request my chargeback and if possible I will file a lawsuit for material and moral damage for such neglect and for delaying my trip.

After making my way downtown, I was told that the manager had called the day before and left a message for me, saying there was no car available for me. I didn't have any voicemails, nor any email or anything else saying there was no car for me there. The man at the desk was entirely unhelpful, blaming Expedia for incorrectly stating there were cars available, when I had made the reservation weeks in advance. He didn't offer to call any other Budgets, saying "all car rental places in LA were like this right now." He just left me alone. I had to go up to Enterprise in Glendale to find a car. Basically this ruined my entire morning and made me three hours late to get into Palm Springs. Waste of my time to get downtown and horrible service. Never again.

Now I know why they have such a low rating. Reserved a car. Showed up, needing to get from a conference in LA to San Diego. No cars, no heads up, no customer service or help. Just stranded. Jerks.

Nope, don't do it, don't book anything here. Totally a scam. They won't have your car here, I promise.I reserved a car 3 weeks in advance and they call me the day before to say they don't have the car. I tell them I made a reservation and they rudely tell me "then tell Expedia to bring the car here then cause there's no more cars." I asked them if they have anything else and just get a head shake no. Nothing else was done to fix the situation. Budget needs to get their "S" together and shut this location down. Vacation officially ruined. Book Enterprise instead.

I made a reservation weeks in advance, they sent me multiple confirmation emails, and yet when I arrived, I was told they had no cars available. That’s right- a rental car company had no rental cars available. They left me completely stranded. Same story as many other reviewers, unfortunately. Due to the abject incompetence of this location, I had to book a last minute flight in order to get to my grandmother’s funeral. I’ll never use Budget again. Avoid avoid avoid.

I came and they said that don't have any car available.. they don't even mind to send me an email about it or a Whatsapp... Looking on the expedia app and they still appear like having available, so they are not even trying to fix the problem for next customers. Beware.

Would literally give this place negative one billion stars if possible. Incompetence on another level. Booked a car, they didn’t have it. Offered no help whatsoever and asked “well what do you want me to do about it” lol what a joke mate.

Do not rent from this location if its the last thing you do. Had a car rented and prepaid car. I receive a call to call them back. I call back it goes to their main line and they tell me everything is fine. They even resent me the confirmation. I arrive at location, No cars, no alternatives and of course they wont even let me talk to a manager. They do say they have o e if im an uber driver, even funnier and more ridiculous. Now renting car 3x the price. Terrible...terrible. how do they stay in business.

Received a phone call an hour before I was due to pick up an SUV reserved at this location saying they didn't have any vehicles to fulfill my reservation. I was referred to Budget's toll free line and they were less than helpful as well. They suggested I pick up a vehicle from the airport as an alternative - I cancelled my reservation and rented from a competitor instead. Will not rent with Budget again.

I had an UNBELIEVABLY unpleasant experience here. In fact, I'm pretty disgusted that they hired the person at the desk. We had made a reservation (with our ages attached to the reservation), and when we got here we were told we couldn't rent the car - thus leaving us literally stranded - because we werent 25 (despite it saying different things on the website). Not only would the worker at the desk (Overweight latino man with slicked hair - should get fired asap) not help AT ALL, but he proceeded to cuss us out, yelling that we were threatening his job and children. We had been NOTHING but polite, simply asking for other options or different cars we could rent. NO options were provided.This man should be let go asap. He is hurting your business HEAVILY.
