Emailed twice and even called - no response over 3 days. Went to visit in person. Place in disrepair. Asked about winter special listed on website for a 5x10 space for $80/month. Was told the special expired in January (3+ weeks ago) but why still still on website. No explanation. Price went from $80/month to $200+/month?...No explanation. Person said they were the manager...but didn't seem to care about any of it...

Very unprofessional the Hispanic lady was giving out personal information to another customer..she need to be fire immediately..she said she was the manager that's a lie..I give this place a 1 star..I don't recommend...and she didn't contact me for taking my name off the storage..now it's a legal matter..the person she was telling my personal business too was stealing from me ...

The service at Budget Self Storage was EXCEPTIONAL! We were having a stressful day of packing up our belongings from another storage facility. Unfortunately we arrived 20 minutes before closing which was clearly not enough time for us to unload and move all that we needed to store. We had mistaken their scheduled closing time. They could have easily turned us away They did not. These wonderful people helped us park as needed to make moving easier. Helped move some items to speed up getting us inside the facility Some of the staff stayed past their shift time and one stayed until we finished! Every single person was straight forward in communicating with us and exhibited kindness towards us. They were professional and patient while guiding us through the sign up and payment process. This happened last summer when the heat makes people grumpy and the staff still practiced real kindness and professionalism.We had to leave the last storage place not only because they raised the rates beyond our budget, but immediately raised the rates to our previous rate a month after we switched to a smaller space at the same facility! Budget Self Storage rates fit our budget and is currently guaranteeing that rate for a year. A relief for us. In keeping with their excellent customer service they called us to let us know a payment had not been received. They could have not called us and charged us a late fee, but they didn't. Because of they called we were able to use a different means of payment.The building is old, but is clean and maintained which all that we need for our storage. I highly r recommend Budget Self Storage. The people their are gems!

Been waiting for the staff to come back for 20 minutes. They should have 2 people at the front. My customer is getting mad because we are waiting here and charging by the minute.
