My Dodge Charger R/T 2018 was only 9 months old when it was involved in a hit n run Feb 2019!!!Entrusted Signal Hill Motorsports to fix my car to pre accident condition. Signal Hill Motorsports sublet the work to this shop.They did the work and when I got my car back Sept 2019 it was nothing quality about it!!!! Compound dust was in every nook and cranny of the interior. Indoor panels were not clipped in correctly. Interior door handles were not screwed in correctly. Bumper warped. Cheap paint used resulting in fading and peeling. Very poor Body repair visually seen by wheel well. I took pictures immediately of these issues. Took car back to this shop only for the shop to try and charge me additional money!!!!It's been a year to date now Sept 2020 and this is still ongoing. I finally contacted BAR, Bureau Automotive Repair. *****THEY WILL COME OUT AND PERFORM A FREE NO COST VISUAL INSPECTION OF ANY BODY WORK DONE!!!!****My inspector came out of the Culver City field office. He went over my car from the estimate that was given by Esurance thoroghly and let's just say Signal Hill Motorsports and this shop has violated MULTIPLE business codes and regulations not to mention FRAUD.Additional steps are being taken to report their business practices with other agencies that regulate these businesses.This shop belongs to a larger auto group called Pacific Auto Body Group LLC.The owners of this shop nor a manager has ever contacted me even when they were made aware of the issues. As far as the owner of Signal Hill Motorsports his solution is to stall, delay, stall some more and then keep stalling until you get so frustrated that you just give up. For many that works. For me that's FUEL!!!!!

Ive known Mark for about 15 years. He has painted all of our vehicles. He brought new life to my old Ford. Gets compliments where ever I go. He does outstanding work, at a very affordable price. Iam in the auto repair field, and refer all my clients to Mark. They even call me back praising his work
