Had my car repaired through an insurance claim they took very good care of my car and kept me informed. I was happy to see my car like new and in a short matter of time! Definitely keeping this location in mind for further necessities.

I would really not like to have to write this review, but this absolute SAGA is so ridiculous that I'm compelled to.Firstly, I had my car broken into at the end of August 2023 (8/31) in Los Feliz - someone smashed the rear window on my hatchback. Like a good adult, I called Geico, filed a claim, and scheduled an appointment at their authorized repair shop -- this Caliber Collision. Check.I dropped my car off there after speaking with Greg, who let me know since it was close to Labor Day weekend, my car would be ready on Tuesday/ maybe Wednesday.Great - no problem. Tuesday (9/5) rolls around. No phone call. Wednesday (9/6) rolls around. No phone call all day, so I call them in the evening. Only then was I notified that they were still waiting for the glass to arrive and that they would let me know when my car would be completed.Monday, 9/11, finally arrived with no communication, so I called again. Greg then informs me (to be fair, he did apologize) that they installed used/scratched glass for my rear window. TBH, he was just as shocked as I was that the mechanics installed this sub-par quality of glass without checking. I asked him if it was "normal" practice to install used glass, to which he said, "Used, yes. Scratched, no." He then states he can request new glass, but it's going to need to be approved by Geico.I call Geico. My claim specialist sounded just as shocked as I was. She's very concerned about the "multiple red flags" she's hearing in this story. She says she is not only approving me for brand new glass but also extending my rental and giving them a call herself. Within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with Geico, Greg from Caliber Collision calls me, letting me know I’ve been approved for new glass and can pick up my car to drive while they wait for the new glass to come in.After picking up my car and driving it home, I opened the hatchback trunk. To my surprise, my hatchback door now sounds like a FULL-ON RAIN STICK. Open it. Tiny shards of glass fall within the frame. Close it. Tiny shards of glass fall back within the frame. This is Nuts. I called Caliber to see if they could remedy the situation and head back over there. After a few hours, I pick up my car again. It's better and sounds less like a mid-west thunderstorm and more like a slight spring mist. Whatever. I can wait for the new glass to come in and fix it then.I DID NOT GET MY CAR FIXED UNTIL NOVEMBER. No one called me to keep me updated. I called myself once a week, eventually calling every other week. Cliff, the manager, even assured me that someone would call me, which did not happen on more than one occasion. All I wanted was an update courtesy call. When I finally did get the call that the new glass was in, I dropped my car off, and they installed it. Upon getting home, I notice that the slight sound of glass rain is still present, a STRANGE BLUE TOOL in my car, AND A PIECE OF MY LIFT GATE (hatchback door) IS NOW MISSING…!?!So, I turn around and head back. They assure me that “yep, that’s our tool”, then call Cliff over to address the glass and missing door piece. After a discussion amongst themselves, they realize that the only option to get the glass out of the door is to replace my entire hatchback door. HAHAHAHA.I’m flabbergasted at this point, but I’ll just live with the glass. BUT - I do want the missing piece of my car back. Cliff then assured me that they would order the part and (you guessed it!) let me know when it came in.Fast forward to December 17th. I called Caliber to see if the part had arrived and spoke with Cliff, only to find out that the part that was ordered was the wrong one. Upon ordering the correct part, I was told that it would be there by January 2. I did call on the 2nd, only to be told they’d “let me know.”IT IS NOW JANUARY 27TH, AND I’M STILL MISSING A PIECE OF MY CAR. No one has called me.

The shop is large and very busy and you would think your vehicle will be there for ever. But I was impressed by the time frame and quality of work this shop offered. I got my car back in about 12 days just before Christmas. I am very satisfied with the effortless process of the repairs and how they keep me up to date through out the repairs. My thanks to the shop rep Caitline Ruas for thanking care and dedication in her work.

Did a great job on my car. Was very communicative and worked with my insurance even when my insurance wasn’t as timely as them. Thank you.

Assisted me with my first car accident and I’m so happy I went with them. Extremely communicative throughout the whole process, made sure I understood the repairs and kept me posted on progress. Would recommend to anyone! Greg helped me out with my 2021 Camry and it could not have been a smoother experience! Thank you to the whole team at the Hollywood location!

They seem to work well with insurance and know what they're talking about. Area is very crowded but as long as you can get in the driveway to drop off you should be good. Waiting to see how the repairs look.
