My mother came here to cash her check and 1st the front door aren't open they told my disabled mother to walk to the back. After she went to the back. They made her wait 10 minutes and the security guard states it can only be one person in the bank at a time. I asked is this the usual protocol and he answered yes because the bank is short staffed. It's 4:45 pm sun is almost down and 67 degrees and my mothers standing in a parking lot. Be aware

You only get one chance in life to make a great first impression!!!!! Ms. Sherri (The Bank Manager), Chris and the rest of the staff provided five star customer service. During my first initial visit, everyone was professional, courteous, informative and very helpful. Their team helped me with submitting my tax returns through their Vita program. I'm extremely pleased with the results!!!!!!! Ms. Sherri and her staff have won me over and I trust them to help me with financial matters in the future. Thank you to the entire team.

Having experienced poor banking service in the past from a couple of major banks, I do know and recognize excellence professional service. Bank manager, Ms. Sherri Harris was extremely patience and helpful in researching my organizations unique background. Even though the world is in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic she ensured we obtained the appropriate bank account and Safe deposit box. All questions were answered, all phone calls were returned. I must say all staff at this branch was friendly and professional. “Thank You” Ms. Harris for extending above and beyond service. you inspired confidence and I do plan to open my own personal bank account with this branch.

I've Seen This Bank Make Many Changes. However I've Noticed That Under The Leadership of Ms. Harris; Her Staff Exhibits Good Customer Service and Intrapersonal Skill Set. I am simply amazed at the professionalism exhibited by Sherrie Harris and her team. They consistently demonstrate a high level of patience and service with all customers. Their handling of my banking needs during this time of COVID saved me an enormous amount of stress-free time. Irregardless, of how stressful situations may be in the bank each customer is made to feel recognized and special. Kudos to California Bank & Trust - Crenshaw Branch.

My parents are long time loyal customers, since way back when it was called Sumitomo Bank; at this very same location. We are talking more than 50 years. California Bank & Trust was created in October 1998 as the result of the merger of 3 institutions acquired separately by Zions Bancorporation, one of which was Sumitomo Bank of California. My parents have never experienced any problems till most recently when my parents house was burglarized & their checks were stolen. I have never dealt with such incompetency. There is no sense of urgency on their part, no matter the situation. My bank, Chase, overnighted the 2 situations that were similar in nature to this. California Bank & trust says they "expedited" delivery but checks were not received after 5 business days. So they "re-ordered" with "overnight"delivery. It was received 7 business days later AND they were the wrong kind of checks. After bringing it to their attention, did they apologize? Only if you consider numerous excuses as an apology. Did they remedy their error? NO. Did they offer to order the correct checks? NO. My advice to all: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. There's plenty of other places to choose from.

My husband has an account with this bank and he is out of country and trying to get funds wired to him and bank refuses to do it... not a good place to put your funds

Recently, I visited this branch and was appauled by the service I experienced from the VP and Branch Manager of the bank. This was also my second visit. This person failed to offer any banking products and was only concerned with my private information that I denied her to copy and keep for her personal file. She left her office to go to the bathroom and did not return for 50 minutes, even after i alerted the gaurd of her disappearance. I finally left without the product I requested, stunned that a woman in her position exhibited such lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism. I will NEVER do business nor suggest anyone to conduct any banking at this branch.
