All over a living trust that I had admended and removed one person. Banker was obsessed with this issue. She was calling me and e-mailing me. She wanted my entire Trust I e-mailed her that trust in full as I stated I would do. She also ask me my Value what I am worth. Never heard that one before. Within 10 days I was told to come back into the bank and close my account. This was all over my trust. I said you required me to set-up a checking account for the interest rate you were offering so I did. Transfer the CD money into that checking account and I will close all that way and I won't have to make an extra trip as Marina has requested of me several time. I would never use this bank again. I lost interest on my money for 10 days do to this women and I read someone else had the same issue with that women also. They should not have this woman in customer service.

Standing in line for over 30 minutes now. Only one teller helping a VIP client in a private screened area who didn’t even acknowledge me or others waiting until I finally went over and asked if anyone else was available. “No, I’m the only one here” was the only response I received. Changing banks to First Republic where my client banks. I just cashed a check there (to deposit here) and received outstanding customer service! Still waiting…?

I don’t bank with them; however, if you’re cashing a check as a black woman—avoid Pat Carin. Very much racist energy and I’m surprised being that he’s a minority. Despite that, I waited almost 40 minutes because he only wanted to take deposits and refused to reopen his drawer almost an hour and ten before closing. Also threw my Amex plat and CA ID in at the counter. Unprofessional and would never come back.

5 stars, except this bank overlooks the fact that there’s a hobo regularly sleeping on its front entrance most nights. This results in unpleasant experiences when banking first thing in the morning - odd odors and having to avoid trash / human defecation. Hopefully, you can install bright LED’s to discourage such dwelling. Makes me wonder, if this bank can’t manage its building upkeep, how can it manage client assets.

Terrible bank. Really unhappy with their service. We have a mortgage and a business bank account with them for almost 14 years. They seem to have given up on customer service. Their online banking is horrendous.

This bank used to be excellent; for many years I had both my personal and business banking with them, and I used to frequently refer them new customers. However, it's gone seriously downhill the last few years. Some specifics... First, I was shocked that they denied my application to get a low limit business credit card, even though I had my business with them for several years, and the amount of credit I asked for was less than the average balance. I was forced to fill out a long application only to be rejected...after that, I went to the Capital One web site, and had a business credit card with a higher limit and on better terms in about 2 minutes. Second, they are jacking up their fees for everything without providing any new services. It used to be that, if you maintained a reasonable minimum balance, they would waive the many monthly fees. Now I'm paying more in fees every year, no matter how high my minimum or how much money they are making on my money. Lastly, the customer services used to be wonderful, but now it is absolutely atrocious! My debit card expired, and I never got a new one. So I called the number...45 minute wait time! They told me "no problem we will send a new one out." Nothing...four weeks later I call again; this time, 30 minute wait time. Again, "no problem we'll send a new one out." Weeks later, nothing...so I go to the branch, wait around for 30 minutes to speak to an assistant manager, who tells me "don't worry we'll take care of it and get a new one sent out." I then sat there and watched her sit on hold waiting to speak to the same customer service idiots. Four weeks later, nothing! So I call customer service again - another long wait time - and after nearly an hour on the phone, we figure out that they sent it to an old business address, even though they have the new address in their system and have been sending all the bank statements and other correspondence to the proper new address for the last couple years. Total incompetence! I really wish I could give a positive review; I'm only give two stars instead of one because they were good in the past. I don't know what's happened, but if they don't turn their act around, they won't be around for long, because long time customers like me only have so much loyalty before we bolt. Sadly, I am now exploring options of moving both my personal and business to other banks; I would NOT recommend you use them. I do hope they will eliminate all the bogus fees and improve their customer service...if that happens before I switch, I will happily edit this review and increase the stars. But I'm not holding my breath.

I love this bank it's superior to other banks. The new manager Neema is really friendly, helpful, and goes out of his way to take care of his customers! All the tellers are very kind too, I notice that they are always smiling and it's genuine - I assume the people really like their jobs or enjoy working here. I opened my account with Cassandra she was so professional, knowledgeable, and super patient. I had a lot of questions, she answered all, and even stayed late to provide exceptional service. I asked the manager Neema to assist with the opening of 3 new accounts he went above and beyond to help me. They really treat each person here with respect, unlike most banks, they don't just see "you" as another number! The new management here is great I'm referring all of my associates here!

Really disappointed in this bank. Used to go to the Century City branch but then it closed, this branch was the next closest so I went to cash a check, as I've done so many times before. The teller didn't even look at my account but said they wouldn't cash it because nobody at that branch knew me. Nice customer service!
