Went through AutoeExoerts in October to purchase a Mazda. Worst experience ever! NEVER will I use or recommend AutoExpert. Aron is a Nincompoop, who is chasing the dollar. His female assistant is a bobble head, who knew nothing. I remain appalled at CCU for sanctioning their services. The vehicle I received does not match the VIN # as listed. I don't know if the credit union screwed up, Auto F-ups (not experts) or if the dealership (Riverside) pawned off a stolen vehicle. We're the ones left have to contact several outlets to find out. Yet when it was time to get the $, they had NO problem. Now I can't reach anyone & when I do, they have no answer. I will forever purchase future vehicles for my children threw the Dealer. AutoExpert should be Auto - "F"-up!

Poor service. I just can't recommend this credit union after the negative experience. Representatives need to improve their communication skills and not make erroneous assumptions.

The service is great, but DO NOT USE their debit cards on any business transaction. I was scammed twice and they didn’t help me to get the money back when there was obviously the evidence of scams.Use your credit cards on travel and any business transactions.Otherwise, I have no complaint.

Love love LOVE this credit union! As I read a review before I started mine, I'm just finding out that 7-11 and other credit union atms are surcharge free!I mainly deal with Ashley at the Carson branch and I love her. I always tell ppl "if you don't have a bank account at the moment DONT GET ONE! Credit unions are so much better and more specifically, CCU; you're not just another account number there, they truly operate with your best interest in mind."

I think it's been 40 years+ I've been coming here and will never change. I love the people who work here. Everyone is very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. I'm getting ready to start a small business and I'll be using their services, not my bank.

Don't let the Title Credit Union fool you. There's no Union here. No help with credit. Same typical banking procedures except less locations. This place only has indoor ATMs that are inaccessible after hours. The ATMs don't accept government cards either. My credit score is above 650, I'm in good standing with all my cards, and can get loans anywhere else but here. I've been waiting over a month for them to approve a loan. It went from $6 thou to possibly $1500, to $1000, to "Can I, at least, get $500???" They've been mostly unresponsive, given me dozens of excuses, and still want me to wait for a response over 30 days later. I've called and emailed to complain and their response was, "We've been trying to call you. " which is a load of crap because their caller ID has the bank name on it and I hadn't missed any calls except for the call 1 minute before he called right back while I was busy and I answered. Bottom line, don't waste your time because you think you may get special service that other banks don't provide.Tina, I've received this same response before. I did reach out and you guys referred me back to the very guy who had me waiting over a month for a response. This is the second or third time I review this place with new disappointments. If I didn't have six children and two businesses, I would have taken the time to find another bank by now. But I have to stay at work to pay off those loans I was hoping to consolidate.

Was told they help teachers out, but couldn't do anything for me. Opened an account online, never received any communication after that except a survey. Decided to go in on my day off. Was helped by a Luis Mendoza, talks a big talk and a lot of it. Yet upon further investigation his strategies wouldn't work for me but thats all he said could offer and I would be fine. Wait what? That was my thought, I was told I needed to send him my paycheck in order to get an approval the next day, today, I emailed him my paystub and two minutes later he said sorry he couldn't help me. How is it possible for me to email my paystub to Luis, who had to notice it and then send that to authorization and then email me back within two minutes?! I call bs, go to Schoolsfirst!! If you dont heed my warning and you go in, whatever you do stay away from Luis Mendoza. I also him a response and he has yet to reply, how when it took him 2 minutes to tell me no. Doesn't make sense to me. Be careful!

This bank is useless! When filing a dispute, they make you jump through fire hoops. They give you a temporary credit, but when your claim is over, they deduct the money from your account with no warning regardless if you won or not.I've asked about business accounts. They respond to me as if I'm not capable of owning a business. They make it seem as if I can't handle it. I've asked for small amounts of credit. They don't offer that. I tried to refinance a new car. It didn't qualify.The reps are tired of us. I make them do their jobs. One guy completely ignores us because he didn't understand my complaint. I had to explain the situation to three people, show pictures, and fine comb my account history to prove to them I was right, before they would even tickle my complaint. I won my $900 back seven months later.Now they deducted their temporary credit from my rent money. Now I have a late fee on top of rent. Mfrs!!!

Moved here from the "Big Players", best move ever-breaking up with my banker bf Chase, and stopping that 4 horse wagon from running off with my mortgage payments!! Our experiences with CCU have always been amazing and very professional!! Having the convenience to go to any 7-11 or other credit unions to use the ATM is so convenient. Plus, can't beat the Zelle, electronic check deposit, bill pay and the ability to connect outside accounts is invaluable!!! I love this credit union...wayyyyy better than traditional banking!! Although they cater to teachers, you can join if you know someone in education. I took my sister to join! One more thing..if your card stops working for some reason you can ask them which branch can give you same day service. We had that problem and we went and got the the card replaced that day!!

Love this quaint bank. I have been banking here for 5 yrs and I can not say enough great things , starting from Esteban the security guard and the loan officer Edward goes beyond and above duty. Any how my dogs love this bank branch .....
