Just speaking as a lady that does not know her way around tools or hardware, I really appreciated that the gentleman who helped me the other day find a nut for a missing piece on my elliptical; he took a look a was pretty sure they didn't have it but he gave it a try anyways and did find one that fit. Great little place tucked away in K town. Their prices are really great for lightbulbs, of all things. I was able to find regular bulbs, which are getting harder to find with everything going LED, and at a good price too. I come here a lot to have keys made. They have a solid inventory and very helpful service.
