“This review is long overdue. In 2022, we were looking for vinyl plank flooring for our new condo and stumbled upon Midtown. We had been to several other places but didn't see anything we liked, and the places we visited offered zero customer service. We met Max as soon as we walked into Midtown. Not only do they have a great selection of samples of all different types and brands of flooring, but Max gave us a very comprehensive education on all the options, which is exactly what we were looking for. They did a perfect job tearing out our old flooring and complying with HOA requirements on installation of the new flooring, including leveling our very old floors. Four years later, we are still very happy and have experienced no issues with our flooring. We recently called them out to repair an area that we uncovered during renovations and the repair looks great. Anyone could have done it, but we have so much trust in them to do things the right way. We love Max and the team at Midtown. If you want high-quality, professional work from people who care, go here first. This is the way to run a business.”

He provided a time window of 9-10 AM and texted me when he had an exact arrival time. They cleaned my area rug (which had pet stains) along with a couple of bedrooms and my family room carpet. Everything turned out spotless, and I was very impressed with the results. I highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again!”
