I really wanted to leave this hospital a good review but unfortunately I was harassed by Patricia, a nurse that was looking for someone with the same name as myself, and a security guard with the last name of Santos( he showed me his badge when I asked for Patricia's last name )He was adamant that he would not get in trouble for telling me to leave the hospital because I wore the plastic grey gloves that were visibly free as you wait in line to check in. The team of abusers rushed up to me as I was minding my own business with my sick child. They had no idea that I had already visited their hospital 2 days earlier because I was ill myself. I wore the same grey plastic gloves for 5 hours and not one nurse, volunteer or doctor had a problem with it. So why the uproar on this particular day? Yesterday, Friday January 20,2024 around 1:20 pm , my son and I were purposely targeted and told to leave the hospital if I did not comply to their demands. I enjoyed watching the TV monitor when I previously went to Cedar - Sinai. There was information about how discrimination was not tolerated and how the hospital encourages a peaceful environment with equality. We were sadly let down and bullied. I paid $20 dollars for parking that I was told could not be validated as I was lead outside right after being searche, and I was very cooperative with the security team. I then tried to call the director of the emergency department, Claude Stang , but to no avail. I was given the run around and the phone operators were incompetent not knowing Mr. Stang's email or personal voice mail. Patricia then followed me outside and took a picture of me after I was told that pictures and videos are not allowed in the hospital. So what exactly is her team trying to cover up ? Possibly corruption from the other reviews I have read about neglect at this hospital. I would like to say that the doctor I had on January 18th around 5 am and the male nurse gave me excellent service. I went ahead and took a picture of Patricia and her toxic staff . I will find out the name of this tall nurse with blonde hair that initiated the harassment with Patricia and Mr. Santos.

My only complaint is that they don't allow overnight visitors in waiting room for someone in ICU. Only one person is allowed to stay in patient's room. It's hard to leave your loved one knowing it could be the last time you are with them and you just want to be close by. Especially for out of state immediate family.

Dr. Kenneth Kim was my surgeon. Not only is he a great doctor but he has a wonderful bedside manner. The nurses, the doctors, the anesthesiologist and everyone I encountered during my outpatient surgery was great. They answered all of my questions and exhibited such compassion. I feel very fortunate to have had my surgery there.

They subjected my brother to mistreatment. Once his insurance lapsed, they disconnected all the cords and forcibly discharged him. The realization that this is how humanity operates was profoundly disheartening. Witnessing my mom's tears and his subsequent struggle with depression added to the sorrow. I implore for improvement! He didn't opt to be there; it was the insurance that directed him. In the year 2024, let's strive to treat each other with the dignity befitting our shared humanity.

How is this hospital still in operation after their blatant racism towards Kira Johnson resulting in her dying from internally bleeding for over 10 hours?

They sent me a huge bill, and I emailed them asking for what the bill was for. We went back and forth and Diana the agent refused to tell me if the bill was sent to insurance… very basic questions. Then they sent me to COLLECTIONS while we were actively trying to figure out the answer to this. Honestly ridiculous

I was in a near death RV accident in 2019, I spent 1 month in this Hospital. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Hospital. The staff was SUPER SWEET MY NURSES WERE THE BEST. I was a million miles away from home (NJ) and yet they made me feel like I was surrounded by family. So much love from the staff. I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL AND THE STAFF!!! (MY ANGELS)

They have many very good doctors but beware their billing/financial department. They are totally fraudulent and will charge you any fantasy amount of money that comes to their mind. You would expect that in a third world country but they keep doing this in California.

Updating my review.I have been contacted by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in regards to a horrible person making horrible statements. As it turns out the person who was being disgusting was not an employee of theirs and we have verified that the culprit is just an attention seeker and not in anyway associated with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. For the professionalism in handling this matter, you get 5 stars. I apologise for making the previous review as I don't want innocents to be targetted. We now know it was not the Center, and just a horrible person.

I would give this place a 0 if possible. So much discrimination taking place and complaints getting ignored and alot going on. Last year I discovered a pregnant lady died due to neglects from the nurse staffs and doctors. The husband sued but not clear if he was rewarded. Whats more sad is that the same staffs still kept their jobs, and maybe covering evidence. Its sickening and terrifying. I think theres alot of cover ups happening. They can play professional but wont take your message of concern serious unless your the same race. Which makes the place a pure joke. I dont consider this place ?

I want to thank Cedars Sinai teams specifically neurosurgery and endocrine teams. I had an operation done by Dr. Adams Mamelak, and I was followed after that by Dr. Vivien Bonert, endocrinologist and their teams. I saw very knowledgeable doctors. Also nurses and other team members are unequaled with great professionalism. The staff in Dr. Bonert's clinic are on the top of things. They update me quickly on my lab results, and on any change in my treatment.

Shameful the trash on floors on the 6th floor South Tower as well as the bathroom. Makes you consider the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility. I am only posting one photo but there could be many more
