Do not bank with Chase. They don't about there customer. They will freeze your account for any reason and hold your money Hostage.

The ATM don't work at night, you are not ALLOWED to enter. It ALWAYS happens, I went and I couldn't get money because the door wouldn't opened, I thought it was my card but 2 other costumers came and they couldn't GET IN EITHER!! so we all had to go to a different branch. BAD SERVICE!! FIX THAT DOOR KEY SENSOR!!

If I was a Wells Fargo customer I’d be able to use their atm but I’m with Chase and they lock their atm’s behind glass and the key fobs never seem to work.

Worst branch ever ‼️‼️They never have people available to help costumers , they don't even bother to see if they can't really help you as a costumer.They really need to train better the people who work here.Terrible costumer service

Perhaps as a Manager she should know better that sometimes customers don't wish to share sensitive information through the window and that's why we ask to talk to the banker in private.So far one of the worse branches I've bumped into. If not the worst..

I came in to the chase bank waited in line to have them fax a document at their request. Once I got to the teller he stated he can't fax that I would need to wait for a banker. I asked again if he can't just go to the fax machine and sent a fax he said no that a banker need to do it. But there is no banker in sight. They only have 1 teller and a security guard that is playing on his phone. The tellers name is Guillermo, I don't see what is so hard about going to the fax machine to fax a document. After waiting for a bit someone finally came out from the back only to tell me that thier fax system is down and they will not be able to assist me This is really bad service

Had a pleasure of opening a business account with Kaiser. The experience was possibly the smoothest experience I've ever had at any bank. Kaiser was well informed, quick, and had the utmost amount of professionalism the entire time. Looking forward to doing business with him again!

The security guard today, on 6/16/2021, his very rude and awful to chase clients. Not deserved to have that job, some people need a job that is deserving to give the company very decent feedback from the community. Feel sorry to chase bank at this location.
