Terrible, switched from b of a to chase because I thought the service was better. Unfortunately I see that the Chase branches outside of the neighborhood are more accommodating. Called ahead to see if they had notary(they didnt answer the phone) finally when I got there they said they only notarize chase documents. Get it together Manchester.

2nd time since 3wks ago ive tried to use ATM outside. after inserting card and pin # is good you will not be able to use touchscreen?!? ended up getting money from a non chase atm resulting in 3.50 atm fee and also chase will charge you 2.50 non chase atm service fee!!

This bank is constantly screwing up on excess charges on my accounts. I closed several of my accounts due to their excess charges and poor customer service and it starts with the attitude from the manager down. Oh, and Good Luck getting a return call from him or his bankers on top of them never picking up the phone during business hours. I have been frauded on several accounts here without resolution as well.

TERRIBLE! It is clear that they are not accustomed to handling money and the protocol associated with Chase Bank. As a student nearby, this bank has failed me and my contemporaries. Not worth the headache

Feel free to answer the phone; I've called 5 times in the past two hours at a very normal, unbusy hour. JP Morgan has been rich for more than 125 years, and ruined our economy twice. The least he could do is hire one person whose sole responsibility is answering your phone.
