Had the most horrific experience at this location. If you are a minority don’t bank with Chase at all. The clerk that handled my transaction was extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending and even used a racial slur when referring to me to a coworker. I’ve contacted corporate and discovered that she hasn’t been disciplined .The entire ordeal left me so disappointed that I had no choice but to close all of my accounts after over a decade. Do yourself a favor and bank where you are treated with equality and respect

ATM is inside and locked. Door does not open to let you in to use ATM. Go somewhere else or get a new bank

I am a man of age who must inform the public about chase bank. I have waited 2and a half months for disability check , homeless behind the delay from edd. Chase has the nerve to hold a goverment issued check for 9 more days...smh . chase sucks and they are not for the people who bank with them... Don't bank at chase

Tellers are very friendly! Cathy and Alison you are great! However, the Branch Manager, Hannah, needs some training in customer service. I've had to unfortunately deal with her 2 times, and both experiences were very poor. She has zero compassion, quick to make assumptions, and her age reflects her inexperience as a manager. I advise Chase to keep a closer eye on her, before she starts losing customers due to her ineptitude. I don't recommend using this branch specifically due to my experiences with her.

I'm not quite sure why this is even a branch, as it can just be replaced by an ATM. We went in with a question and a request to open an account. They told us that they wouldn't be able to answer our question or open an account for us. When inquired into the cause, they told us that everyone was busy and the earliest appointment wouldn't be available for two weeks. So we simply left the empty branch in confusion as a large group of bored staff members stared at us.Pro tip: just go to another branch.

Customer ATM’s are locked out in the early mornings. The card reader to get in doesn’t work either. What’s the point in having a bank if there’s no accessible atm’s??

Two ladies in the front desk knew nothing of their job & the one that helped me even gave me the wrong amount of change. When I came back the young lady told me there was nothing she could do about it. Yeah, retrain your employees on how to count

Horrible customer service. I was in a motorcycle accident and lost everything in my wallet went into cash a check that was from their Bank brought in my temporary driver's license from the DMV gave them a second form of identification and even still they refused to help me in any way shape or form I knew this was going to be the case as soon as I walked up to the counter they already were starting to try to make up excuses for anything they could to not provide me the service I needed. I highly recommend avoiding this bank and going to the other one just a half mile down the road as their customer service is for Superior to this branch.
