We loved it all! Staff member at the desk was lovely as well… showing us how certain toys worked & allowing our kids to be excited and touch many beautiful toys without stress or alarm. “Amazing quality...you just want to wear these pajamas all the time. They wash really well and the fabric stays intact and soft after many washings. “What a breeze Bernie made my visit. I lucked out at the Santa Monica store when I found the v neck women's jumpsuit on sale. There was only one left and I bought it. It fits perfect and is so comfy. The only problem is I wanted it in green too. No luck. The lines were long and the sales clerks were slow. They didn't offer me any help when I wanted to buy the jumpsuit in green. I left with the one black jumpsuit. So, today I was at Farmer's Market for lunch. I popped in The Gap location at the Grove. This is how it went. I was warmly greeted by Bernie. He asked what he could go for me. I was wearing the black jumpsuit and asked him if they had any left. He informed me they did not have anymore, but he could order it for me. What!?! Wondering why the SM store never mentioned that was even possible. He filled out an order form on his device with my email, my name, my US Mailing address. Easy peasy. Gave him my card (I decided to buy three more jumpsuits). He rang my card. He said FREE delivery will arrive in 5-7 days. And, validated my parking too. Bernie was great. He was nice. He was very helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted. I loved Bernie. Please make sure he sees my review. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could.”
“Since all the gaps stores have unfortunately closed down in Australia mum and I have longed to enter a gap store . We of course splurged on ourselves and purchased so many wonderful well-made items. We found lots of really good items that fit us well in the sales section which were very happy about because it was an additional 40% off as well as the most stunning denim dress which I can’t wait to wear back at home thank you so much. We had a divine time here.??✨”

“I am 'Old School kinda person I grew up with chucks, wallabies, croker sacks and Romero's, can't forget the 501 jeans ? just to name a few Bell Sales is one of the original stores I can find them, my experience at this location was very good, staff is friendly and helpful, clean environment, social distancing, hand san and mask available prices are reasonable, so if a person like these types of shoes and clothing its a cool place to shop.”

“I went with my niece to purchase a dress for her Sweet 16 and Sunny was so patient and helpful! We selected a roundup of stores and confirmed stock from each website based on my niece's favorites. This store really stood out from the rest, not just because they are affordable and realistic -- but Sunny was very transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. The next option was Moda and they were not as friendly at all. We ended up purchasing everything for her big day, here at Princess Kloset! Thank you Sunny!”

“I love this store, the selection, presentation, and customer service. They offer package pricing and have the best dresses in the area. I got all my daughters First Communion dresses here over the span of 5 years and prices remain competitive. They speak Spanish and English and are open on Sundays too! Love its location because it’s close to the flower district and piñata district. You can do your trip all in one and get everything you need for your gathering.”
