So the lady that served us on March 17, 2024 at 10:10AM was extremely rude. First she was on the phone completely ignoring the present of clients in front of her. Then she said they need to cut meat which I clearly was able to see that it's ready to go. That took 5 more mins. Then she still didn't start serving until asked which after we asked she was rude to reply that she can see us and knows what to do. And then she made us bowls way smaller than we get at Chipotle usually. Horrible experience.

My humble opinion, this is the best of the la Barca restaurants around downey/south gate. Spacious, clean and good taste decor. The host greets us with a smile, the waiters take our order patiently and friendly, food is warm and flavorful. This is why we continue to come back. Good Job LA Barca staff!

I often visit this Chipotle because it's never crowded, and the customer service is okay most of the time. So far, the food has been on point.

The food is too salty. Both the guacamole and the meat are too salty, and every ingredient feels like just salt. It was also bewildering that both the lady who served the food and the one who handled the payment were so unfriendly... Please, whoever is making the food, check the seasoning. It feels like someone who can't taste salt is making the food.

Past few times I have gone it seems like they are understaffed and someone very new is making the burrito. Most recent time some serious health violations are becoming obvious.I feel like as someone who goes to chipotle often I can tell when it’s a new employee. They struggle to remember the answers to the ingredient questions they ask, don’t feel confident in knowing which is which, and they carefully measure out a tiny burrito and then can’t manage to wrap it correctly and ingredients spill everywhere despite the tortilla being able to fit twice that amount.All of that is understandable, if unfortunate. Sometimes you get new people but the fact it is every time I go makes it seem like there may be workplace issues and high turn over.Last time I went I came 20 minutes after they opened, and appeared to be the first person in the store. Waited 10 minutes before even being addressed while waiting because they were working on app orders.When I did place my order something was very obviously wrong with it. I looked at the proteins and they did not look normal. Unfortunately there’s not a lot of other food in the area so I just decided to eat there. The proteins obviously had been reheated from the day before (common practice) but something had definitely gone wrong during the many hours since it had been prepared because it did not taste OK, tasted gross and like the strongest tomatillo flavor I’ve ever tasted. I had one bite and felt sick for much of the day afterward.Went and spoke to the manager to try to warn her but she just seemed mad at me for trying to explain. Possibly stressed with other tasks (only one other new person seemed to be working).Don’t feel confident this is a safe place to eat and won’t be coming back to this location, unfortunately.

All the employees where just standing Around the cashier till. And nothing but just forks in the utensil areas and also my burrito was cold and also the meat was undercooked. Had to throw it away along with a beer I purchased and never consumed very disappointing.

OKAY SO POTENTIALLY BIG PROBLEM! My burrito was amazing and the woman that made it was an absolute champ. I saw the fear in her eyes as I kept piling on more ingredients, and her co-workers started staring, which in all honesty is very fair. But she wrapped it like a pro which was a marvel to witness cause even other customers started looking. HOWEVER, me and my group made drastically different orders and we all got hives. Some of us had mild reactions but one of us really took it hard and we had to get them an inhaler. None of us ordered the same protein so we were concerned about potential cross contamination, or even worse, contamination from something that shouldn't be touching the food at all. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt and hypothesize that it was potentially chemical residue left from where we were sitting, ultimately, I'm just not sure what got us to experience that type of allergic reaction. The food tasted good and The workers were pretty nice. Overall there is a definite area for concern, but the experience was quite pleasant otherwise.

The food and portions are fine, but just the service it isn’t, I work on the restaurant industry too and most of the time I use my EQ to deal with costumer, the place was almost empty it was just few people and the service was rushed I totally understand if there was a big line but like I say it was only about a 4 to 6 costumers in the store, it was around 3 pm afternoon the lunch hour, and the lady that take my order was not on a good mood today, the other lady was more polite but this one was rushing me because she was asking the others person that she needed to take her break, in my own opinion I really think that the time management of the employees doesn’t have to affect the customers service, I will definitely not come back to this chipotle, I really enjoy and like the food but rushing me it make me order just whatever and not what I really wants.

The General manager Emily Garcia has great costumer skills. She handled my situation with a specific order with care & a lot of professionalism! Chipotle, keep hiring/promoting people like her!!

I love this place but the hot sauce is demonic. Sometimes it's chunky and you know you're in for a spicy time. Wish they would relax a lil with the spice.
