Got my personal loan from a staff member at this branch. But as soon as the deal was done, so too was the Customer Service offered at this branch!! I tried calling numerous times to the number on her card but she never bothered to pick up the phone. ALSO the half-a-dozen messages left on her recorder have been met with deafening silence. The interior of the branch may be brand new but the Customer Service is truly inferior. Beware!

This branch was closed for renovations the last time I was in Los Angeles. When it was originally built, the architect must have thought that most of the customers would be folks who lived in the neighborhood and walked to the bank so the main entrance was at the corner of third and Fairfax.Whoever designed the renovation understood that this is LA. Most customers will drive to the bank. The main entrance is on the diametrically opposite corner, facing the parking lot.Went there today to get a cashier's check. Beautiful decor. Helpful, friendly staff. I couldn't imagine getting better service than I experienced during the visit.

Citi bank has a terrible staff, they racially profile colored individuals, doing things such as locking people in the building, and confiscating people’s checks

This is a wonderful branch. The tellers and the managers are always helpful and they know me by name. I've been coming to this branch for 5 years and I've never had a bad experience. Even when the corporate side of the bank throws a curve ball, which happens with any bank from time to time, the people at this branch work collaboritively with me to get it resolved. I would give ten stars of I could.

Erik is the right guy to see here. Most importantly is that he follows through on any issues and he makes himself available to meet and find the right solutions and fix the wrong solutions. This is customer service. Most importantly he has a calm demeanor and knows how to defuse the frustration and help clients; very good under pressure.Thanks.

They have low security, someone used a fake card or device to pull out my entire funds. I do not even live remotely close to this bank.

Good banker but All else is a fail. 1) temp debit card was good for one day ONLY & left me stranded 2) the equally paid women seem to have a very heavy chip on their collective shoulders. 3) card arrived with NO PIN NUMBER to activate These are just a few of the mess ups! The pandemic has made life incredibly miseddfj

I have never been so made at a bank as I was today. I went into Citi Bank to make a payment on my #Costco Citi Card. I placed my card in the reader and pulled out of my pocked an envelope with $1000.00. I was told by the teller that you can not use cash to make a payment on your credit card. You have to deposit it in your Checking or Savings account first. I told her I do not have a Citi Bank account, only the Costco Citi Card. The teller knows me very well since I always pay me bill in person but usually by check. She said I could go to another place and get a money order. I said how can you refuse US Currency to pay your credit card, US Currency must always be taken to buy or even make a payment. I said so I can come in with a thousand dollars and make a deposit. She answered yes. I can make a loan payment in cash and the answer is yes. I asked her if it is the law that I can not make a credit card payment in cash. She said no, it is Citi Banks policy. So here is my question. Why is a bank able to refuse cash to pay a credit card but will except it for everything else !!!!!!!!! This smells like class action lawsuit !

So far so good. Been coming here since this is my local Citibank and have had no problems opening a new credit card, getting cashiers checks, cashing checks, transferring my stimulus check. They do close early, so do make it the first thing you do when you start your day. There's plenty of parking since it shares a lot with the CVS and Whole Foods.

I'm on my 4th debit card now because of fraud on my account. I've spent hours on the phone speaking with "fraud specialists" who each time say the issue is resolved and send me a new card. Meanwhile fraudulent charges are still occurring! It's been a horrible 3 weeks. Thankfully I have other credit cards otherwise I'd be in an even more difficult situation. I've asked them to not allow ANY charges to go through on my account yet it's still happening. My account was drained by almost 3k. Each time I get a new debit card I am unable to use it on my apps, Apple Pay, and I even got declined at the grocery store that I frequent yet the fraudulent charges are still going through no problem. I don't understand what the issue could be. I have a feeling their employees and call center don't care to do a good job and try to get me out of the branch or off the phone as soon as possible without doing a thorough job. I've been a loyal citi customer for 7 years now but I have since switched over to Chase Bank.

Don't expect to cash your checks that are literally their own payroll checks. They won't cash them. Don't waste your time here. F*** this place. Not the tellers fault. This place sucks.

Got robbed by a bank teller at this branch- literally on the day I opened my Citi account! After opening my new account with banker, I walk over to bank teller (that banker requested to help me). I hand bank teller tens of thousands in cash thinking she will count it in front of me (as standard procedure). She walks away with the money. I think this is odd... But then assume she is prob grabbing bill counter and will count money in front of me. She is COMPLETELY OUT OF SIGHT. She finally comes back. No bill counter. She says she "already counted" the money (without me witnessing it) - and hands me deposit slip. Deposit slip shows I'm SHORT over $2,000.... I don't realize this until I get home - but they already closed for the holiday weekend. I go to branch immediately next business day (3 days later) and bring this up to banker whom I originally opened my bank account with. He explains they don't count money in front of customers at this branch. He says the bill counter (hidden BEHIND A WALL completely out of customers sight) is placed there per their branch protocol. ....UMM WHAT?? (So their protocol is customers not seeing their money accurately counted?!) This is sketch AF and illegal. They are openly robbing customers at this branch...!! Since this, I have switched to a different Citi branch- who's helping me resolve this issue. Unlike this sketchy branch, this OTHER branch counts money in front of their clients - every single time! (And were appalled at what happened to me at this shady location!)
